Look for a system with the style of ship you want and wait for the S class. Not the other way around.

QS title are different. They are not really reward. You just buy them.
There are other titles you can't buy which are unlocked by different achievements, like owning an S-class fighter ship, or an exotic ship. Or by surviving for 30 sols in extreme worlds, w/e.
