I have a few questions about freighters, since i have just found out how to get one, and i need help with some questions, since i dont feel like its explained when i watch through videos:

1. If i complete the "rescue a freighter", can i claim the money reward, and still have a chance to get my first freighter for free at a later point?

2. ive seen people say that a normal freighter will have 15-19 cargo stols and capital 24-34, however, the freighters i have found said "Capital" but were small and only worth around 10 mil + had 15-19 slots. How do i make sure i can find real capital ships? (I go to the same 3 star economy system after i reload my safe)

3. if i warp to the same system every time, will the freighters that spawn there look the same every time? and have the same look? because thats what it looks like to me. I want a big capital ship, so i wonder if i should try out more than just 1, 3 star economy class system to find that? or am i figuring it out wrong?

4. What is the chance of spawning a Captial freighter, over a normal? I can find chances for tiers, but not capital vs. normal

You can gift items to others, so if someone's lining for a certain resource and can't get it, maybe a new player looking for a bit of a money boost (which I don't recommend but you play how you want), maybe starship parts, whatever people need, someone usually has

Items can be gifted by using the quick move and selecting a nearby player instead of your ship

So when you’re putting together a starship the color of the decals ( and guns ) is dependent on the station you are building it at. A lot of stuff online says the reactor type plays a role as well but after about 15 different systems and multiple tries with reactors - they make no difference as far as I can see.

@sharp raft So what I’m referring to is the physical color the guns on the starship when you’re assembling it. The decals and colors depend on the base the starship is assembled at. Red seems to be the most common color for the guns. Purple seems to be the most common color for decal.

Well....the corvette build update was a huge investment in time. Ships, being single seat didn't really require all the intricacies of the corvettes. Also, corvettes being relatively HUGE, there is more scope for customization.

What is expedition actually? Since there are 2 days left, is it possible to do all of that content in 2 days? Is it worth it or should I just start a normal game?

It's possible to do that content, though Expeditions assume some basic knowledge on our part. I finished the expedition in a bit under 2.5 hours.

May be worth starting a normal game first to get an actual tutorial before rolling into it

Heheh literally the space station set up that I made has two floors.. connected by stairs. So I park above the upper floor.. drop down.. skydive alll the way.. and it doesn’t release me from the animation until I reach the STAIRS. Yeah thats not a working solution but makes me chuckle.
