From a technical standpoint it wouldn't work. Base building on a larger scale can get laggy already. Too many assets in one place cause the game to run slow. Hello Games would have to really advance their game engine if they'd want to do something like that.

So, I had another NMS-related dream.

I was browsing helmets in the Appearance Modifier, and there was one helmet that was unfamiliar, but looked cool.
Looking at it, it was called "Orion Project", and its description said something like "Participated in the Orion Project".
