So, I like to color code storage modules so I can see at a distance which is which. But it turns out coloring the storage modules inside Corvettes changes the exterior color of the hab in which they reside. This leads to a kind of motley appearance which might not be that bad, but it is certainly not expected.

Depends on what platform you have NMS installed on. On Steam you can delete it in their dedicated shader cache folder, and enable shader pre-caching in Steam game settings before reloading it

When you go far enough from any ship that causes gravity, the gravity is lost and you start to spacewalk. You can build a room on freighters that you can walk out of, and then just jump off the freighter
