My biggest problem with settlements is that it didint change mechanics in any way. U basicaly do same things. But now u do it 4X. Cant chose where place buldings. Cant chose what perk to throw out. No unique buldings that give the perks etc.

you should be able to summon any of your ships from the quick menu>summon

as long as your launch thruster has enough fuel in it, you can summon it anywhere, practically
