7. Finish the mission to reveal all purple systems on the galaxy map.

Switch 2 NMS is very unstable and runs worse than Steam deck despite hardware being similar. It crashed when I was digging up an ancient ruin.

Game should let you dismantle a technology even if it's not fully installed. You not being able to isn't intended behaviour. In other words a bug.

suggestion: you could ignore all that, complete in stellar multitudes, install resonance matrix tech on freighter unlocked for free from the mentioned quest, done: freighter can now warp/be summoned to purple, blue, green and red star systems as well.
