The supply-and-demand changes once you either sell into or buy from the economy. I found that within the system though that there were multiple economies, such as the standalone Trade Terminals vs. the Station vs. the Trading Posts each having their own notions of pricing. So once you dump a lot of something into the market, just move to one of the other categories in that system, or go to another system and don't try at the same place until the economy eventually recovers. (It will go back to how you first found it, but may take awhile.)

so, you have different types of MTs good at different things. if you just want s class, it shouldn't matter too much, since you can just put in some s class mods, but if you want to min max, look for the type of MT. sentinel MTs do good damage, atlantid MTs do good mining, exotic MTs do good scanning

Okay so basically go to a cartographer on a space station and buy an alien structure map, probably a few of them, ignore all of the markers besides the one that says alien monolith, a few hours into the story you get access to glyphs which is how you work the monolith by putting in the correct glyphs corresponding to the system that has the same glyphs as the one you put in, once you put in the glyphs you will be transported to that system and you can play and friend people.

In game stuff is too easy to dupe, it's hardly a tradable economy anymore. This is also a way for base builders to spread their creativity and be reimbursed for their time since it can take hours to build even simplistic designs. Like I for example can't build more than a fancy rectangle, but some people can build palaces that I'm insanely jealous of that I know I could never build lol

I just feel like you get to a certain point in the game and you've upgraded everything to S class and then there's a lot of "What do I do now?" since you can basically OP yourself. This would give a use to your super high DPS ship weapons and the S class upgrades in your multitool or an excuse to use base parts you would never use on your own bases while helping someone else. It's like Task Rabbit but in NMS

Think of all the Quicksilver people have missed out on because a Nexus mission was too difficult and no one in the Anamoly wanted to join
