• Upgrading your office grants you up to 1 additional worker per rank scaling up to a max of 4
• Upgrading your office reduces your construction and upgrade times by 20% per class, up to a max of 80%

In my experience it helps to lay out the "foundation" first kind of like IRL building. Put down the foundations where you want everything to be then build up and fill in the decorations/lights/etc after
