On gas giants you can also get pulled right out of your base and into the air

I really get this. For my new save I restarted a lot of times till i ended up in a Vykeen system which is science based. It‘s for rp purposes in my case tho (and Vykeen are just my favs so I wanted my character to have a natural link to them)

But it was really a pain to fulfill all of these requirements while getting decent System stats, good planets, space station color etc. obviously it shouldnt be the perfect system as then I wouldnt really have a reason to explore, but I also always put a base in my spawn systems as my first home so it should be something special

Aside from contacting HG, unfortunately not much you can do.
You can get the ships and some other rewards by trading with other players / via service bot, but it's not an account-wide solution...
Only "actual" solution is to save-edit I'm afraid. It's possible on PS4 I think. On PS5 I'm not sure.

So technically

What it actually does is request a jump to location coordinates (0,0,0), which is the center of the galaxy.

The portal will object that the address is invalid, but still takes you to somewhere close. It turns out that "close" in this case means about 5000 ly from the core, and the "gateway" systems are about 3000 ly from the core, so it's not much of a trip to get to the core from there.

It will say computer says no

I recommend having a "burner" ship and multitool

One that doesn't have much tech and you don't mind breaking
