Yeh those do exist but they are mostly visual flavor, cant really challenge you in combat.

Just with mid-tier gear your characters already gets way too op, which is why I mostly play with survival settings to have some sort of challenge

each system has 1 type of exotic ship, and it's always s class, you can wait at a trading outpost and wait for one to spawn. it can be ball cockpit with small wings like that ship, or large wings and pointy nose, or squid ship,...

YOU GUYS, cross-save SAVED me! I had been working for a long time one a 50 hour save on my Nintendo switch, but one day it randomly got corrupted and crashed whenever I tried to load it! I was crushed, because I had just used the ship creation station for the first time, and that save was doing great. But there was no way to get it back. Until I got my ps5, and the ps5 version, and I heard about cross-save! Hoping that saving it over to my ps5 I would be able to recover the data, I immediately signed up for cross-save. Anyway, a couple months passed, and at long last, I was accepted for cross-save! Just today I finally went in and uploaded it off my switch, and what do you know- it worked! It loaded on my ps5 in my ship flying over a planet. What a cool technology! I landed and saved, and was even able to save it back to my Switch and get it working from there again!

Better yet: it's on specific system adresses. So you can run the derelict on any galaxy, just need to be on the right system. The only thing that changes is the derelict's layout -- some are harder, some easier.

you can use the pulse engine rather than just the boost to get places in seconds, and if you have a target tagged in front of you, it'll lock on to it

There's no point in the game where you should have to ignore the pulse engine button, press both roll buttons to pulse engine which is 100x faster
