Well, Airless could probaly be defined as like having a normal breathable atomosphere, with blowing winds and Air. Oxygen is part of "Air" but is not itself Air. so like a planet like Mars could be classed as an Airless planet, but still has oxygen gas spots around its crust

Toxic Planet would more then likely have things within the Air/Atmosphere/Water/Ground that are Toxic enough to warrent such a classification
