The Atlas Scepter from last year? I think that's what it was called. It used to be that you would get a random roll every time you picked it up so you could reload until you got a truly amazing one(which is what I did). But that was patched out so now you get a terrible one...the same as the new staff from this expedition. They are both horrible...really low end damage bonuses.
