I've been doing the Artemis storyline, and am currently at the "The Purge" mission, and because of how purple stars generate, there's always a purple star thats the closest to the centre of the galaxy, which means I can't follow the galactic core path to reach the centre of the galaxy, because you can only get Atlantid drives after the storyline. Which means that I cannot complete the storyline and am hard stuck right now. Any fixes? Please tell me if I got anything wrong

The difference in storage space going from an unsigned 32 to an unsigned 64 is negligible, had they done it in the first place. But it updating it is a hassle for minimum benefit. Actually updating something like that would be quick, but then you would have to run a million tests and probably have to redesign UI elements. For a minor thing that bothers almost nobody, I can see why they wouldn't do it.

No Man's Sky doesn't store planet terrain data. That would massively bloat out the save file. Instead it just stores the changes you made to that data, and regenerates the original data every time you come close, applying the changes on top

How to get started...

📖 Warning: Purple systems are end-game content so you must finish certain quests before you can access them.

1. Complete the Artemis Path (the main story of the game).
