You can try turning off multiplayer, going to a system without any bases and save+reload there or even restart the game, it should clear other bases cache and more base might load when you enter Hub System

Other then that there is more traffic with the update so folks upload there bases and you might have to wait until it calms down a bit and Gleam reuploads Gunter's base

FYI for anyone trying to build a surface base on a deep ocean planet. If you try and build on the surface and the sea floor is over 1000u deep, the game will consider it 'in space' and start deleting your parts randomly. The game counts the start of space (for building purposes) from the ground level, not sea level. I have been struggling with my base getting wrecked on reloads for a week now before finding this out.
