I've wanted a medal for a while, but they cost 100 - 150 bucks

for the base standard membership medal

but I found this yesterday at an antique store for only 40 bucks

This is a national level commanders membership medal

belonged to the personal secretary to the Commander in Chief of the Grand Army of the Republic
