5800x3D is 400$

Bigger number doesn't mean better
If you're on AM4, 5800x3D is top of the line.
You might not need the cache now but it could still be handy. I have the 5800x by comparison and wish I'd gone for the 3D since I play a lotta factory builders.
Can't speak for some of those games you listed but Wuthering runs fine on my end

That said, by this point you could be better off going the cheaper route. At some point soon AM5 will get cheaper
