Sake 酒, or more accurately nihonshu 日本酒, is a complex drink. "Sake" is just the Japanese word for alcohol in general, but the traditionally brewed rice alcohol the West associates with Japan is called "nihonshu", which means "Japanese alcohol". I’m heading to a physio appointment in an hour for my spine. I’m suffering from some cervical spinal problems I believe. Having a load of problems with the joints there and it’s even impacting on vision.

Hopefully after a few sessions I can start to feel more normal again. I’m lazy… and work is always getting in the way… it’s been about 1.75 years since it all started. Probably could have avoided myself a lot of undue discomfort.

Although I should probably add that when you go to an ophthalmologist and they tell you that your eye is fine therefore your vision is fine and aren’t prepared to listen or think outside the box then it’s a bit annoying also.
