ay since you mention it, I only a few days ago stopped salting my food, like no direct salt. If I have to season my food it’s pepper or garlic salt so that I don’t pour a fuck ton of salt on it. (Outside of dignified recipes). Baby steps to kick really old habits lol but I think it’ll help me not feel 4000 years old
