which is why the appeal system is a thing

picking a guild with good timezone is really important if you want to actively be able to do stuff
there are bots out there that analyse active players for a guild based on different time periods
so you can try to find one that is most active in your evening

I've been seeing NexStargaze having a hard time generally playing / learning the game over the last couple of weeks (saying how they are having issues completing world events mostly), and a few hours ago they said that they don't see the point of being in a guild, and that they might quit once the event is over, because they're demotivated because a lot of people in here were using them as a lolcow.
I literally just said "join nia" when they said that, with the intention of helping teach them the game, builds, raids etc :)
