Have way more pieces of broken off ruins, and abandoned structures littering the eye forest/surrounding Lutho territories, use those aforementioned pieces to construct makeshift hobbles below and into the sides of the obelisk

Considering they’re miners, and have likely carried some of their tools, and materials with them, when traversing the expanse, it is not unlikely that they could reasonably construct something like this

I’m way more concerned about the actual mining efforts that went into the road, now that I’m thinking about it. How did they get so far into SE in the first place
