random thought: riftwalker doesn't need a big rework at all to be good
like teleport damage could be made useful outside of timelock, maybe make dilation accelerate the mana regen, attack speed and the amount of winded you apply, then killing mobs could spawn a vortex that will jump onto nearby enemy rather than voiding winded if someone else kills your mobs
