Im trying to order a hoodie, after i add my information i get an error which says Your cart has been updated adn the items you added cant be shipped to your address.

If you can include a screenshot of the cart with the error it would help a lot.
Can you put a full screenshot of your browser in the ticket that shows the cart with the error, product, and shipping details? That way staff can check and not leak any of your information?

Had someone order a black tshirt. Only thing added to the shirt design was my logo, small, in upper right. Shirt came with a grey box covering the entire front. Is this a common problem?

Hey, the link you have in your custom command is not correct, which is causing the issue, you can find the correct link by clicking "go to store" in your merch tab!
if you want your new name in that link staff needs to do a full store reset! Which means hard reset all new basically!

i need help i withdrew money on the 1st and still no payment and the order i recently had it had a error that was fixed and now im not receiving the payment tht was there said 5 to 10 days and i still didnt get it

hello i was wondering if i should worry about this actually coming out purple. I selected the appropriate colors for my logo but when i preview it the grey turns purple. i have even tried a lighter color grey on the logo and it just shows a lighter purple for the grey. Is my product going to be purple or is the preview messing up?

Recently, any time I try to create merch with embroidery for my store (for example sweatpants or a tote bag), I select my colours, then I click on preview, and everything in my image appears in black and white instead of the colours I chose. This didn't used to happen, and hats I've created previously look perfectly fine. Is there any way I can fix this?
I'm trying to set up my merch store. When it creates the store it gives me one single sided t-shirt that works correctly when i import my 5700x4500 300dpi art. When i go to add another t-shirt I can only choose a double sided t-shirt. When I try to upload my 5700x4500 artwork to the double-sided shirt, it imports at 313x418px, 394dpi. I've tried reuploading the artwork several times and it always does this. The same artwork imports at the correct size for the default single sided shirt that was created when creating the store. Please help, I'm completely stuck.
I just opened the merch store for my Podcast Project, uploaded the artwork and tried to order a sample to my (valid) german address but the store returns an error stating that it cannot find my address and for that reason cannot calculate shipping costs which is blocking the checkout process. Any Ideas? Obviously I am not gonna post my private address information in here.
