I get 100+ viewers. I check all the boxes. Or I did. But they blocked us from getting them. They will block you from sponsorships for no reason. Like I couldn't login in to discord because my computer crashed when I was stream and loss everything. I couldn't login. Emailed them over and over them what happened and you just get a automatic response. And blocked my sponsorships. And stopped emailing me.when I got back on discord. The staff member wouldn't text back.

For a long time now I have been having issues loading up SE website. Not the main page, but everything after you select live streamers. Even my fiance turned out to have the same issue and no matter what browser, it just takes ages to load up.
I checked this channel up and seemed to find a few more posts with the same issue, but didn't seem to find any solutions/ replies to the issue.
Any ideas? 🙂

It seems like the SE Website itself, is overload. This causes "lags" for the Overlays or the global site in general.

This could alot of things. It could be how windows audio is routing audio coming from the OBS application. Which you can check your windows volume mixer in settings and see if you have it routed to where you want or set it to default
It could be that the Browser Source is set to control the Audio through OBS in which case you need to go to advance sound settings and see if "Monitor Off" setting is on.
If you need "Monitoring on" for a Audio channel in OBS I would also verify the Monitoring audio device is set to the correct device as well in the OBS settings which should be located in the Advanced section of your OBS Settings. This typically requires a OBS restart.

I definitely believe it’s something wrong with the site itself because whenever I upload and preview an audio clip (through the site itself) I hear a sound. But whenever I test an alert there is no sound both through my browser or OBS.

If its the OG one. Then I would make verify the correct file is slected and volume is adjusted. Please make sure you hit save after

I will say WAV to MP3 Conversion if its done online sometimes are little wonky so I would check if the MP3 file works on your end

If.it happened to be a previously uploaded wave you'll need to convert it to mp3 (recommended at least) to work.

Hey, so I've just started using streamelements and I set up an "element" for twitch alerts for follows etc., been customising it and then ran some simulations to make sure it appeared in OBS, which seemed to work! However, when I went back into the "design" tab to edit things, nothing is visible at all - the widgets are gone, it says 0x0 (instead of 600x400) and I can't edit anything, it pretends like it's completely blank, but if I go back in to simulate it the pop ups appear like normal
Here's what I'm seeing in the design window.. any ideas on how to fix this so I can go back and continue editing my alerts?

Depends on the sponsorship.
Sometimes it's mobile-only installs, sometimes its PC-only.
Depends on which platform the brand / advertiser wants to drive.
You should be able to find this information in either the sponsorship brief (google slides brief) or the landing page for the sponsorship campaign.

I havent gotten any for the last few months....
they're lying to you. if they're saying its just because you're 'not reaching criteria' its a lie. I have a friend with 5 followers, 2 average viewers, streamed 4 times in his whole life. hasn't streamed in 2 years. STILL getting sponsorship offers for up to $4500. They are LYING if they're saying its because of a 'criteria' thing. There is no criteria.
People are just glitching in their system (not getting offers) and they are too lazy to fix it..
I'm being told that im "still eligible" for sponsors, yet somehow averaging a 10ccv, streaming almost daily for 4-5 hours a day, is not good enough to get offers. but. someone not streaming for 2 years, with 5 followers. is also eligible AND getting offers.
I'm trying to contact staff but they wont listen to me, I'm not going to stop sending emails until I get this fixed however. This is how I pay my bills and I've done nothing (or at least I've been told I've done nothing!) to deserve having that just taken away when I do exceptional on each campaign and get a LOT of new players to play these games.

No excuse why I can't get a campaign (despite being told I'm still eligible) but an account with 3 followers can stream one game for 3 hours with 2 viewers and immediately get offers up to $4000. You can not tell me I'm 'not reaching a criteria' when you're giving thousands of dollars to users that have less than 10 followers that stream once a month. I have a friend who does this and it works well for them because they dont have to do any work and just get paid like $3k-$4k per month lol. Ridiculous! Can anyone help me fix this?

I forgot how to do it myself. But you would effectively be using HTML chicanery to put an iframe into the full size of the window on StreamElements and then loading that into the overlay editor for manipulation.

Ok now back to my question... SE... This is my suggestion box idea. Would to have a counter. It can be of anything... but allows us to create a counter of new subs, or how many times I say xyz, or how many hydrates I've done. Since Twitch doesn't give us counters on new/resubs I want to create to one. We set it up so only the streamer and/or mods can activate it. !sub and click it would add a new sub to the counter. Can you make this happen? ❤️

Then you want to use an entry in SE_API.store and use an event listener to access the value whenever you get a sub etc. and call an updateCounter (or some other named) method to fetch the value and update your on-screen text.

The overlay system requires you being invited to copy it over as the simple share method is no longer possible.
Elements is a matter of making it and publishing along with sharing the link for others to copy from.

I wanted to ask here since I dont know. With the introduction of the Multiplatform Activity Feed, are we close to Multiplatform Alerts? It seems like the core functionality of identifying and merging events from different platforms is done, all we need are the visual triggers to go with it. Theres a lot more Multistreaming thing I would love to see but this one is my top issue haha

I have an "is it just me" question, but as it relates to SE.Live, I haven't seen the se.live docks in OBS for quite some time. I thought maybe it was because i was also beta testing twitch enhanced broadcasting and had multiple installs. But yesterday, i did a fresh install of SE.Live into a brand new folder, and even when it runs, there's none of the SE.Live docks and the menu item for it doesn't expand, like there's nothing there. It's something broken elsewhere in my installation, or have other people seen this too?

I did see at least 1 other person in Discord mentioning something "wonky" happening for them with seeing the Activity Feed dock after updating to OBS 30.2.2
I would recommend submitting a support ticket though, that way the Support Team can understand if this is a widespread thing, or isolated issues...

unfortunately you have to stream it via PC if you want to use overlays because there isnt any overlays for ps5. You will be needing to use game capture device for you to capture your game from ps5 to your PC using OBS program where you can use overlays for twitch
