They can, but if you don't grant those permissions then the bot can't change those either when your mods want to change them with commands.

I've got 4 of them currently. You are most likely blacklisted as the same games keep repeating over and over even if you completed them in the past.

Did you have missing events in your last sponsor that you emailed stream elements to fix?

I have a few friends who received regular sponsors that have not received any new sponsors for 1 year plus now and this was only thing they all had in common.

On their final sponsor they all had missing events from their goal, emailed stream elements screenshots proving goals were met, got paid, but never revived another 1.

I had missing events and lost hundreds of dollars, never complained and i still get new ones. I just dont accept them now because i like to actually be paid for the work i preform

I had mine like two weeks ago then what so weird was as soon as I finished the sponsorship even though there’s 4 sponsorship offers waiting during the week of my current sponsorship it went gone the day i had the current sponsorship finished which doesn’t do that to me previously even though i had finished the current sponsorship the new sponsorship offers were still there as long as the slots weren’t been taken. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Stream Elements are a business, they make money from sponsorships too.
More sponsors streamers do, more money Stream Elements make.
If it was a glitch or a problem, they would be working on fixing it. It may have only been a few weeks for you, but its been over a year for others.

Take their non answers here in discord and them ignoring your tickets as answer.

Same here, never had any wrong processes, never had wrong campaing, never had any wrong attemps, never had any wrong payement/false campaing, never had any payement error messages or anything like that. Suddently and all sponsors stopped around 4 months ago here too. Was having multiples on both of my channels and never had any issues whatsoever with any play, goals, paiements or anything in fact. So I guess it’s a attribution question, it’s not because we are not doing good, its just how things goes imo.

The list consistently decreases by 2-3 times every day (the last places are cleared, even for those who had points).
Those. the list was 5000+, the next day at lunch 2100+.
There was a stream, again the list was 4800+, then the next day 2300+. And so very slowly but this leaderboard is getting bigger, but why is it cleaned by itself every day

Thoughts on removing overlays and keeping a webcam and a desktop scene, for webcams I’ll have chat in the left and an alert box, and desktop is small webcam with chat below it and alertbox. Like Ludwig has, he tends not to have fancy overlays.

Yea I’m not trying to like fully copy his style but just take inspiration, in his own words a “yoink and twist” if you will. I’m just thinking about setting an alertbox for stream and maybe a follow count, I’m probably gonna revamp my panels. I’m trying to not crutch on overlays or other people for entertainment on my stream but make myself entertaining first so that why I decided I should have overlays and all that to a minimum but rather make myself more entertaining for others first.

same I had always made all my sponsors correctly and after years and like 20-30 sponsors completed nothing anymore, happened right after the big bug they had during the holidays, lots before that and nothing since then. The best it’s to not overthink and move on, hopefully, they will be back one day. Still hard to get a grasp on especially when Streamelement confirmed after an investigation that all my accounts are in good standing with them and that my streaming schedule is the same even better. Keep it up, I guess they will be back one day, hopefully. I can feel your pain.

Hey, I can't hear my alerts in OBS. However, when I trigger it on streamelements I get a sound on the website. I just wrote with OBS and we tried everything and saw if it was OBS. Didn't find anything... Could the error be in streamelements?

We've been having issues with our individual @ 's for roles not properly notifying the community, and this is a very fun event that is not one we would normally run, so we felt it would be beneficial to atleast let people know there is something more fun in the works.

Hello, I have a question. I have a command (!songrequest) which puts a song into my playlist that is specified. To be able to carry out this command you need 500 loyalty points. However, there is now a risk that the viewer will forget to write !songrequest, so that my system doesn't know what kind of song should be played. Is there a way to check that the points are only deducted if there is a link or a word after !songrequest? Thanks.

Update : I'm a goof. Apparently if you are the broadcaster and set the cost to 50 points and you have 0 points, it wont let you request any songs. So like Lemon_Cornflex said above, its not telling you that you don't have enough points.

my alerts havent been working for followers and subscribers either and i cannot figure out if the issue is between my sound alerts or streamelements, honestly all my sound alerts play fine for me and for my stream viewers, I've tested this by going on my custom bot account on my old iphone 6s and playing an alert, but when it comes to followers I've been getting nothing and I havent been able to figure that out either edit: just figured out my alerts do in fact go through streamelements for followers and subscribers, sound alerts has nothing to do with it, so my alerts arent working either lolol

In the last month, I have reported this issue numerous times, but it still has not been fixed. During my live streams on YouTube, StreamElements temporarily mutes (times out) chat members for no apparent reason. No banned words have been used, the spam filter has not been turned on, and nobody was violating any rules, yet StreamElements decides to mute members. I have tried to report this issue multiple times, but it has not been resolved. Additionally, I attempted to remove and add back the StreamElements bot, unbind and rebind my YouTube channel to StreamElements, but nothing has worked. This is so frustrating. I am losing people in chat and subscribers because of this, which is damaging my channel

Hi, I have a problem I'm an irl streamer and I'm streaming through the prism live app on ios and I have a problem with the fact that the alerts in which there is a video so the video will show me on the phone but not on the stream and only the name of the user who triggered the alert. I have tried to convert the alert from mp4 to gif and it is rare but there are 2 problems gif doesn't support sound so you have to add sound manually and gif is short for my alerts. What other format should I use to make it work as well as gif ?

For some reason. A youtube chatbot cant see both (I had the same problem..)
Even contacted different sources and also YT.

The only thing I knew after figuring some stuff out is that the bot will switch to the latest stream that was going live.
For example: If you start your vertical stream, and after that start horizontal.. the bot will go to the horizontal.

I have looked a ton and havent found a solution to getting botch chats in 1 place.

I use a ton of different websites and software.. 😂 Mostly because of custom alerts and code that i have for a long time.
I use tipeee for donations and use streamlabs for the rest.
To be honest; no problems with members / sponsors and superchats.
Only thing that it wont always pick up is Subscribers; but thats becuase of the privacy some people have with not showing whom they are subbed to.

I forward my donations from tipeee to streamlabs; and that works fine.
I use SE for other stuff like a counter; chat on Twitch..
But mostly for the "other stuff"

Like a subathon timer; the sponsorships (those are really awesome) and more unique stuff like a merch store or other quirky overlay related things.

And SE is really open for like almost everything but is not always easy to edit (personally).
There I use streamlabs / tipeee for. But SE donations should work fine? I dont know why they dont.

Probobly need to check in the bot actually sees the horizontal chat? Or if it has access to check your donations on your account.

Hi! i just set up an overlay that i like, but when i stream from my ps5 it doesnt show my gameplay in se.live, and on twitch it just shows the gameplay and no overlay. Does anyone have any advice? It also shows the chat in the overlay box on se.live so im just confused

You have to stream via PC or 3rd party services that can play middle man in both capturing the PS and adding the overlay.

Not possible to create a suport ticket??
Anyway, a few years back I created a SE account with Twitch, and I also connected Youtube to that account, at the time I was later told I should not do that and it messed up some stuff for me (can't remember exactly what was the problem), but now with multichat feature you should do this?? and what if the channel I want to connect is already registered on it's own?

This is not normal, it's too easy to make an automatic response without reading the contents of my ticket correctly. The answer given is a copy and paste that everyone has, whereas everyone's situation is different and personal. I worked for this sponsored operation and I'm not going to be paid for no reason at all? And on top of that, all my proposals for sponsored operations have been withdrawn without any explanation. I ask which term has been violated and no one answers. This is absolutely not normal. When you enter into a contract, both parties must honor their part. I've more than honored mine. What should I do? Go to court to assert my rights? I don't think it has to come to that...🥲 I just want to have an open and constructive discussion with someone who will really listen to my case.

I'm sorry but I'm in the same situation as Vicky. we received an automatic message while we were looking for answers, the same day we received the same response to tell us that our OPs are invalid without explaining to us why, we read the conditions thoroughly, no infringement took place on our side to our knowledge. in the robot message, we are told that they are sorry for our frustration and disappointment and then they take away all our other OPs.. I just feel like we are being made fun of and worked on free for a game. we try to know more and we face a wall, which does not listen to us and does not help us

so i've had a couple emails with support, i bought a widget from NOD and since then i've learned that SE has a problem with tracking Gifted Subs. Its now been 2 months like are we seriously not going to address this rather large issuse?

I think I will start to give up hoping I will be receiving any sponsorship offers. Despite of having a constant and steady streaming schedule (daily), I still haven’t gotten lucky to get another offer after waiting for 3 months and now it’s been over a month since I got my last offer. I’m starting to lose my interest in game streaming even though I have a small community, it is still makes difference having this sponsorship as additional income especially if you dont get much from your regular streaming (subs, tips, bits). But I’m still going to give this a chance and hoping by any luck the sponsorship gods hear our prayers 🥹

I'm repeating myself, but stream has been my business for the past 4 years. I'm a partner and I know how things work. The only reason I'm speaking here today is because the ticketing process is not an option at all, given that we're dealing with a pre-made message. We can't hope to solve any problems under these conditions. There is strictly no exchange. No humans behind the process. And the human element is what we've come here to try and get from you or your colleagues to solve this problem, which undoubtedly affects more than just us.
Do you think that other streamers will continue to take part in sponsorship campaigns if they don't get paid? I don't think it's in streamelement's interest to let such huge problems as unpaid work drag on. Brands want content creators to showcase their products. How do you plan to continue working with brands if you don't have any more willing streamers because they're not getting paid? This isn't a personal attack at all, please don't misunderstand me. I'm just trying to get things moving for myself and for everyone else to whom this is happening. Because we're not just 2.

Same I even spent money in the game during my stream so that at the end my two campaigns were canceled without even giving the reason? And the worst thing about toug is that the game will still pay you for our work and you will keep the money for yourself.
