Your ticket system sucks I wouldn’t be surprised if 90% of the actual support staff that handles it has it’s notifications muted, you need to sort out a new system, I’m sorry if this sounds harsh or rude I just don’t want others to have to deal with this in the future especially if they’re actively paying you or your taking a cut of their merch sales

I wanted to ask those of you who may have merch in your store how you figured out the amounts.

I worry that if I make it too high, people might not want to collect points, and I worry if I make it too low, people will just farm points and get merch (I had this happen with a giveaway entry for channel points, where bots would just farm channel points and get entries).

Also, the subscriber bonuses for the loyalty points program, if someone gifts a sub, does the person gifting get the subscriber bonus? For example, if it's set to 500 points, and someone gifts 10 subs, will they get 5000 points? Or do the 500 points go to each of the viewers who got the gifted sub?

Stream elements replied to it saying they have a solution and his original tweet is now deleted and he has tweeted a thank you to stream elements for fixing it and paying him.

Recently on Twitter a streamer(@jamiespectorttv) complained of the exact same problem, you made him delete his original tweet and then you paid him.

I replied to a stream element tweet promoting a sponsorships for Puzzles n survival and your twitter account replied telling me to send my details in DM so this can be resolved.
How ever this was just a PR move, you never even read my DM instead you deleted the puzzles n survival tweet to avoid the negative publicity!!!

I will keep posting here and on twitter until this is resolved. You stole from me, you ignore my emails, you blatantly lie about helping me on twitter as a PR move and ignore my twitter DM's and i have had enough.

I replied to a stream element tweet promoting a sponsorships for Puzzles n survival and your twitter account replied telling me to send my details in DM so this can be resolved.
How ever this was just a PR move, you never even read my DM instead you deleted the puzzles n survival tweet to avoid the negative publicity!!!

I will keep posting here and on twitter until this is resolved. You stole from me, you ignore my emails, you blatantly lie about helping me on twitter as a PR move and ignore my twitter DM's and i have had enough.

This seems to be my issue lol. Ive not gotten any sponsors since August and everytime I contact them they just say I need to wait/stream more/sponsorships arent promised, meanwhile I was getting multiple every month until my community started finishing 2-3 in a month.

I have 10 unread notifications on the sponsorship tab but when Id click on it, it'd say none. I contacted support with this issue and they said it was a "bug" and then a couple days later the notifications magically disappeared. No sponsors.

we handle these cases privately, and if you want someone to take a look and make sure you're given a response you can provide a ticket # but you'll not get any response on discord, everything sponsor related goes through regular tickets (or twitter dms for that matter)

Only after pressuring Stream Elements publicly for days here on discord and Twitter have they sent me another unhelpful generic reply about not getting paid for my sponsorship.

"our in-depth investigation has shown that the events in your campaign do not align with the valid criteria outlined in our terms and policies"

My viewers, friends and family busted their butts playing this game and i spent over 12 hours a day for an entire week acting as a commission based salesman recruiting people. On top of that their system tracked the events and they registered as valid.
For what reason are you claiming after the fact that they were not valid? and how many of the total events were "not valid" according to you?

Jamie Spector tweeted about this exact same generic bs email, went viral and stream elements replied to him publicly on twitter alleging that half of all accounts came from the same I.P address.
THEY REPLIED TO HIS TWITTER ACCOUNT PUBLICLY, TELLING HIM THIS, and then they went ahead and paid him for his full campaign i might add.

If you can tell someone the reason you are not paying them in a twitter reply, why are you repeatedly unable to tell me any details after dozens of emails, tickets, and social media posts?

Both my brother and my sister in law played this game on their laptops at the same address, did 2 accounts at 1 i.p. address result in you not paying my entire campaign and keeping my money???

The only reason they are continually not providing me with a reason is because there is no such valid reason, which is fruad. You are the ones breaking the contract, you need to provide a valid reason.

If the game companies weren't paying S.E. they would be shouting the reason from the rooftops so streamers stop doing it.

It's a worry for me, as it has been for many streamers over the last few months, I'd say thousands of them. Sponsors get canceled and payment stopped, for no reason, even after contacting support. I've mentioned an important point in your terms and conditions that you should give us, and whether it's on Twitter or in Ticket, you block and never reply, the case even with your lawyers. I have screens of all my players who are news, for testing the question that everyone asked about sponsorships if it's sure or not, and it seems like no.

So now we can almost say that StreamElements is a scam.Unless you have a valid reason?

I have nothing to do with our Sponsorship Program, but I am fully aware that our team goes through an extensive fraud detection after each and every campaign that is finished. If at anypoint fraud is detected, that is where the team gets together and makes a decision on whether or not the campaign gets invalidated.

I completely understand how frustrating this can be, but I promise you, our goal is to get as many content creators paid as possible. But our company has to make sure any sponsorships we do with creators, benefit the partners we work with.

I'm planning on diving through the comments we've seen both on here and Discord, to try bring some thoughts and feedback to our team.

All the people complaining were told they would be getting paid, which means the gaming companies track the events as valid.

We're already exploring ways we can do things differently going forward. As for the bans and mutes. At a certain point, we need people to come in and have respectful conversations. Do you want things to be done differently? Sure, and that's understandable and open to a respectful conversation (like this one has become). But if I came into your house stomping mud all over the place, chances are you'd ask me to leave as well.

The only activity that's counted are "likes", I've been reporting this in the support team and they only reply that they are aware of this issue and been working on it since. I have been trying since yesterday evening to resolve the issue of my Twitch alerts not eliciting a response in SE and SE not fetching any of the Twitch session data, within the session and after.
For context, I just hit the affiliate goal last Tuesday. Since then, these are the methods I have tried:
-reauthorize SE
-re-key API for twitch and update it SE
-/unban and /mod [streamelements]
-fetch request for session data: on OBS, on SE website
-logout/logic all SE and Twitch locations
-restart; obs, twitch, se website, and pc
-refresh cache for browser sources (OBS SE)
-revert to previous SE version (no avail); updated to current version
-tried stable, default, and BETA versions of SE.Live
-reload widget data, on website and Se.Live
-remove 2FA; add 2FA
-disconnect/reconnect SE.Live to Twitch
-give Se.Live moderator privileges

Everything was working FINE until I hit affiliate goal last week. I started streaming again this weekend, and although I can emulate events in SE.Live and the website, no new twitch session data is loading in any of the respective widgets. Please help.

After playing around with some audio settings in obs from streamelements, I'm still not getting any audio from the alerts I set up. I I'm trying to see if it's because of my main audio settings that I've done with voice meeter or if it's something else causing the issue. I clicked "control audio via OBS" and "output and monitor) already and still have nothing that I hear, but I do see the audio bar moving up as if the audio is there (I'll also update what happened with everything after I figure out what exactly is making this happen)

Update with this, turns out there's actually no issues with streamelements itself, still having a fun time figuring out why I can't hear the alerts myself but everything that was recommended did help me get the alerts to at least play through stream

Finally figured out this issue. For anyone that has chose to suffer with audio settings in voice meeter, if you go into file>settings>audio>advanced>monitoring device I was able to click my original output source that wasn't through voice meeter. After doing that, I started hearing my alerts go off. I then made sure the alerts were playing through an audio cable as well in my desktop settings through google chrome (whatever browser you get streamelements from) and whala, alerts I could hear and see play through stream (Assuming the tests are working properly, will update if I stream and still have further issues)

Hi tthere Stream Elements @daring yew . I have been using the stream elements phone app in my last few IRL streams and it has been great. I am using it with a Samsung Galaxy S24 ultra plus and there are no issues with over heating now. Are you going to introduce the feature where I can go through the different cameras on my phone or is there a way to do that. That's the only thing that would make your app become first choice for most streamers.
