If you go to your StreamElements dashboard, then Revenue and then select Tipping settings... you will find this section called Tip Moderation. I am fairly certain this doesn't just apply to tips but also any other messages like subs, resubs and bits. Here you can apply filters or block certain words/phrases

Hey does anyone happen to know why the user cooldowns on the !roulette command don't seem to be working? I have a few viewers who love gambling which is cool with me but I'd really like to at least make it have a 10 second cooldown per user because otherwise it becomes very hard to keep up with the chat. I don't really know much about streaming directly from PS5, I stream from and on my PC. But as far as I know you can't have overlays and stuff if you don't have a pc with OBS running. At least that is how it was a few years ago

If you wanna add StreamElements functionality like alerts that pop up or this widget for shoutouts for example. It's all browser sources you need to import into your OBS and then they will trigger when certain events happen. When you have a ps5 without any pc that runs an instance of OBS, I don't see how that is possible. At least not without some sort of 3rd party app outside of StreamElements itself

Well yeah chat commands for example will work since they don't require OBS, but I don't really see how an overlay with alerts popping up will work since the browser source needs to be triggered for that and that can only happen if OBS is running.

However I have just found a good work around I might try linking my ps5 to my pc as I just seen in a video and see if I can just solve my issues that way

I'm trying to disable some unnecessary commands and add some mods for my bot, so my friends can also use it for moderation, and it doesn't save my settings, upon refreshing the page it reverts all changes. Funny thing is I have majority of modules disabled, which is exactly what I want. I even tried to add the users to mods through my Twitch chat, which the bot assured me it's been successful, yet I don't see them in the list, not even the day after. Has anyone encountered the same issue? Is it an issue with StreamElements itself (like a bug) or something wrong with my browser? I fail to see where I could do something wrong.

All new tickets gets merged with the very first ticket. So there isn't much use making new ones. You can reply to their answers in the very first ticket - in the email
Tickets are handled by order so the first one you made would still be the first one they see (where the rest are now merged as well)

When you create a ticket, the next characters are just for title/subject. You don't need to describe details in that, you will do that once the ticket is open and the new channel is opened for you.
For example: !ticket chatbot commands not working
Then, a new channel will be created and you can post in there the exact details of the issue, using as many characters as you want.

I guess you have to wait and see if someone else might have any other explanation. The main cause recently for ticket issues have been that people have not been patient until they got a reply (which you get an email copy of) for their first ticket.

If somebody is gifting 20 subs, its very delayed and the overlay doesnt put out the subs all together in "gifted 20 subs" but seperately like "gifted sub to" again and again.

Turn that off and it will keep counting subs. Your channel total subs is probably correct though.
You can also manually update the session data with how many it should be if it hadn't reset.
