Who is in charge of overseeing the integration of integration with Facebook? Facebook is willing to work with you guys but it seems like you guys don’t want to find a solution from what I’ve seen. I talked to Logan and he said to find out what you exactly you guys need from Facebook so they can give it to you guys to make alerts working again. Just go onto the stream elements website, activity feed, then click on the cog and "revert to previous version" then just use it from the browser that way

So, probably a dumb question, but I set up a twitch VOD track in Slobs, and my Spotify never went to vod. Now after moving to OBS Studio, I did the same but it is 100% going to vod. DO I have to split audio tracks and get rid of desktop auido as a source?

Thats what it seems like. I did not have to do that in slobs, so I am wondering if I am just clicking the wrong boxes, or if Desktop in OBS is all encompassing and stream labs removes it somehow with their set up.

Dont blame you chief, Its getting harder and Harder to recommend users to use SE as of the last month or so, Iv seen BETA products they have release and iv had the pleasure of testing in better condition that SE right now.

They need a competitor (sorry StreamLabs but ill never recommend you to anyone), They have become complacent and it all started with the Discord changes where everything started to fall apart... Who ever the CEO is needs to start kicking some heads into gear as this is a horrible experiance right now.

After careful deliberation, you have to disable desktop audio completely. Then create a scene and add each Application Audio Capture to it, then put that scene into all other scenes. Ran a few tests and now no music to VOD and each sound item is indiviually managed without installing any additonal programs.

They accumulate every 5 minutes, so if you end your stream 3 minutes into the counter, there may be an extra set for people who were there at the end, but they won't accumulate while you're offline.

I didnt re-login or anything so the fact it broke baffles me. (Im on the OLD activity feed if that matters too, the new ones too buggy with the bot dieing randomly when using custom names).

checked my firewall, disconnect from twitch and renable I get the pop up fine there. But there seems to be no handshake going on when using the site in OBS. I should be recieving a cookies/log in pop up at least if I recall correctly.

Reddit did not have answers, so here I am. I split audio tracks using Appllication Audio Capture in OBS. Thus, diabling Desktop audio to have music and such on live but not on VOD. All was great, then I realized the Application Audio Capture does not capture the in game chat (I know I can run discord, but generally my game/party chat is in game not Discord) Anyone else have this issue, and found a frix/workaround?

Hello! And I'm sorry if this is in the wrong channel but it isn't really in need of support just a question about the giveaway system through StreamElements.

When doing a giveaway, a viewer can enter through typing !ticket and through !enter but the !enter is conflicting with a different bot that also does giveaways that we cannot change the command for, So now SE is giving every user the message: "@TwitchUser, failed to enter giveaway: too many tickets"

Is there a way that we can disable the !enter from SE?
Hopefully I placed this in the correct channel and if anyone knows the answer please send me an @ back I'd apreciate it!

I got mine fixed. At the top you'll see the menu bar. On the far left it says StreamElements. Click on that. At the bottom click on Logout and then Log back in with your Twitch username/pw. It may change to a gray box. Close out OBS and reopen it and that should fix it.

The !watchtime command is directly tied to the Loyalty system. The Loyalty system must be enabled for viewers' watchtime to count up.
To enable Loyalty, please go to the Loyalty section of your account: https://streamelements.com/dashboard/loyalty
Watchtime counts up every 10 minutes alongside Loyalty points, and only while the stream is live. Reruns will not be counted.
Please note that watchtime is not tracked by Twitch and there is no way to retroactively apply past watchtime to viewers.

If you are not seeing the OBS Twitch integrations and have SE.Live installed, please follow these steps:

  1. Make sure you are on the latest and greatest version of SE.Live
  2. Exit OBS (make sure OBS is not running)
  3. Delete %appdata%\obs-studio\plugin_config\obs-browser\obs_profile_cookies
  4. Start SE.Live
  5. Settings > Stream > Disconnect > Connect

Navigate to StreamElements menu, on top of OBS > Logout > Login

After you have logged back in navigate to File > Settings > Stream > Disconnect > Reconnect

We need some more information to make a fix can you please follow these instructions:

  • Close OBS
  • Right click on the OBS shortcut
  • Click properties
  • find the Target field (it’s a text field with a location)
  • Append --remote-debugging-port=40404 (separated with a single space from the rest ofc)
  • Click apply and then OK
  • Re-launch the program, and navigate to http://localhost:40404
  • Locate and click the item that says Activity Feed or Media Request (whichever doesn’t load)
  • Send screenshots from the console
  • With that page open, click on the Network tab of the open console
  • Clear it
  • Refresh the docking widget by clicking on the refresh icon of it in OBS
  • Wait for it to load, if it doesn’t, send screenshots from the network tab.
  • If there are ANY red network requests, click on them, and send screenshots from the RESPONSE tab of the req

I need some help but in fine form as per usual stupid discord says I do not have have permission to access the helpdesk-twitch. So what I would like to know is. How can the font size be increased for followers, etc? I have tried changing the font size but it doesn't seem to do anything. Although changing the font size of the heading and sub heading works. So is there some special trick to this or am I missing something? Here is a screenshot of my ending screen from my own Predator overlay that I am designing and creating do you can see what I am talking about.
