(I reached it on my laptop on the overlay i use for the laptop but tomorrow i have a stream with the mobile app and the subscriber goal is loading as its already completed but i want it to start from 0 again.

But after like 20-30 minutes my obs crashes with no crash report, all my full screen applications close and my discord crashes and im forced to restart my computer to even want to do anything on it. Its a PNG file format so most is transparent above, just the boarder below is colored and such

Oh width and hieght will be your size options where as top and left is where on the overlay the widget will be. how far from the top and how far from the left.

It always worked, it sent the classic message in chat when I started live, it sent the messages that I had preset every now and then and the commands "! * Command *" worked. The day before yesterday I changed my name on Twitch, and when I logged back into the bot's site, he was no longer in chat, no longer sending messages and not responding to commands. Did you get a "Channel already claimed" message?

More than likely your accounts need to be merged! - Please note:

• Merging accounts only allow faster ways to switch between accounts
• Merging accounts does not allow data sharing between accounts - different streaming platforms, different type of events

That brokes some of my messages because they contain sub emotes and similar stuff.

The best option would be to set the timer to "online" only, so it does not get triggered when the channel is offline.

We are not able to remove the message when the command can't be executed.

Hello. I just recently requested to have an alt account deleted and the account that was deleted was my main account. Which included my sponsorship deal which had a fairly large amount in funds waiting in it.

I know this probably isn't the best place for this but I'm not really sure what to do seeing as a large portion of my income is now suddenly gone.

Did you get a "Channel already claimed" message?

More than likely your accounts need to be merged! - Please note:

• Merging accounts only allow faster ways to switch between accounts
• Merging accounts does not allow data sharing between accounts - different streaming platforms, different type of events
• Merging accounts allows duplicating/sharing overlays between the accounts

The timer will cycle through the messages that you have set up, and they will trigger when needed. So you need to put your message there and it will post it. (you can't have it say like !discord, cause it won't respond to the !discord command)

you would have to set the timer to like Shoutout to @user that you want ... but there is no targeted user for a timer. It can't be triggered by a user.

if you put !so @pjonp as your timer it will just say !so pjonp; it can't respond to it's self.

but you could put Follow @pjonp at twitch... as the timer and it will say that.

If you are not hearing your alerts and/or Media Request, you are most likely using the Control Audio via OBS option in your browser source properties.
To make sure you hear the alerts and the stream also hears them, follow along the screenshot bellow.

heyo dont know if this is SE or OBS problem but every time i start obs my twitch channel information dock is missing (that one where you can change stream title, game etc). Disconnecting twitch account and adding it again opens dock and allows me to use it normally. Its just annoying to do it every time i start stream,

If a viewer tipped through PayPal but no information appears in your StreamElements account, this generally means PayPal has held the tip for verification.
Until PayPal clears the tip and sends back a confirmation to your StreamElements account, no information will appear there and no alert will play, as that confirmation is the only way for us to be aware of a successful transaction.
There is a posibility that the tip may have been sent as an eCheque/eCheck - these tips can take from 7 up to 21+ days to show up on our side. Tippers can usually cancel these.
If you believe there may be an issue with the transaction, you'll need to contact PayPal support as StreamElements is only a passthrough service and never actually gets involved with the transaction or touches the money

Hello!😃 I could use some help to fix my StreamElement alerts for Twitch. I use OBS and have the browser overlays on all my scenes. Whenever somebody follows, raids, cheers, subs, or redeems something from my 'store', etc. sometimes the alerts don't always pop up on stream, even though I can see all the notifications in my activity feed. Its VERY hit or miss how often the alerts actually work.. I've tried a lot of different things but could use some insight as to what I can do to fix this. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you😄

2. Start your stream/recording for about 30 seconds. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
3. Stop your stream/recording.
4. Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Copy the URL and paste the link here.

Note: If you do not see an obsproject.com URL, you will need to update OBS Studio to version 22+.

If you are not seeing the OBS Twitch integrations and have SE.Live installed, please follow these steps:

1. Make sure you are on the latest and greatest version of SE.Live

Valve has implemented a trusted mode which does not allow OBS to hook CS:GO using Game Capture. Read more in their announcement post here https://blog.counter-strike.net/index.php/2020/07/30736/.

Additionally, they have no plans on allowing OBS in trusted mode. https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=8835-KLXV-0292#whitelist You will need to run the game in either windowed or borderless fullscreen and use Window Capture instead.

I recently got a new PC setup, and ever since have had nothing but issues. When I tried streaming, when swapping between scenes I ran into "Encoder error, stream has been stopped". I uninstalled everything (Including StreamElements) and ran just OBS. I was able to fix the Encoder error, but now i'm not getting my StreamElements notifications/pop-ups in stream .-.

Would anyone be able to help me with figuring out how to transfer a nightbot command over into streamelements? I want to have a command that generates a random drink when redeemed. Ex. The bartender severs Swag a Mug of steaming Red Bull. or The bartender servers Swag a shot of cold Sprite. I'm struggling to figure out the difference for streamelements to make it work. I could post the nightbot command if needed.

Hi everyone. I'm having a lot of trouble setting up my bot counter widget on an overlay. I have the chat commands set up but I want to add a bot counter widget to my overlay. I had a search to see if anyone else had the problem and did what they did to fix the issue but its still the same. Its not counting my counter.

My command for mods to add is deaths, the command for everyone to view deaths its deathcount.

Is there anyone that could maybe help, please?

I have had it explained but still don't understand timers.

so if i have all my timers set for 10 minutes for Online interval and Chat Lines set to 5, will they all go off every 10 minutes, or will it post the next one in the list every 10 minutes? I understand the Chat Lines but not the actual timer part.

how can I fix this? I set a label for follower goal and wanted to do 1 for like daily follows, but for some reason it's set on 309 and I don't even know why because atm I only have 256, I tried to reset the session but it didn't fix it, any ideas why this might be happening ?

To reset goals:

• from the Overlay Editor > Session data on top right (monitor symbol) > Goals tab > reset progress of desired goal
• from the Dashboard > Activity feed on the left > Widget data on the right > Goals tab -> reset progress of desired goal

Note: Goal widgets (progress) only counts up and doesn't go down automatically, if you lose followers/subs.
