Hello, I have a problem with matching banned phrases. When I test messages in dashboard, some of them do not match any groups even though they clearly should. The problem appears when tested message contains lots of non-ASCII characters, eg. ╠, which I have as a banned phrase, leading to the message not getting removed from chat. When I surround ╠ character with lots of non-ASCII characters, message doesn't get filtered out, but when I surround ╠ character with eg. letters 'x' only, even 500 character message gets filtered out. This seems to be a bug, but if it's not, is there a different way of filtering such messages, or is it necessary to filter too long messages out as a workaround?

1. Click on your channel name at the top of the dashboard
2. Create a new invite at one of three access levels (Bot Supervisor, Editor, Full Control)
3. Send this invite to a mod/manager to give them access to your dashboard. The link is one-time-use and expires after 72 hours if not accepted

I tried changing it to 720p saving, but when i review it it is all cut off and zoomed in..i even did copy link to my lightstream project to see and same. It will not save to 720p ?

The problem is that if someone RESUB after the 12 months, I still have the 1 year alert and the same for the premium, if someone resub with the prime, the RE SUB alert is not displayed, but shows the prime subscription alert.

@worn quiver If your commands recently stopped working and you're using OBS.Live and a custom bot name do the following:

1. In OBS.Live, click on the hamburger menu (three stripes) at the top left of your activity feed
2. Click on Stream Settings > Custom bot name
3. In the Custom bot name field select Set custom bot name, not your already existing username (with capital letters). Note: If you already connected an account that way, the third entry will show as the account name (see image https://i.imgur.com/sO7fWOX.png).
4. Scroll a bit down and click on the purple Connect Custom Bot Account button
5. Log in as usual and Authorize the custom bot name
6. Back in the Activity feed, click on the Send Test Message button and check if your custom bot name starts working again

As alertbox doesn't display actual video size but video size that fits the box (up to 100% dimensions of it)

@short coral 10 minutes of watchtime are given to those in chat when the loyalty points are handed out (every 10 minutes). Therefore, loyalty must be enabled for watchtime to work properly.
There is no direct link between watchtime and all-time points.
It can’t be calculated from the amount of all-time points a user has because subs may earn points at a faster rate and !bonus all command increases all-time points for users in chat at that time.
Giving points to a single user does not affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

• from the Overlay Editor > Session data on top right (monitor symbol) > Goals tab > reset progress of desired goal
• from the Dashboard > Activity feed on the left > Widget data on the right > Goals tab -> reset progress of desired goal

Note: Goal widgets (progress) only counts up and doesn't go down automatically, if you lose followers/subs.

2) Start your stream/recording for about 30 seconds. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
3) Stop your stream/recording.
4) Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Copy the URL and paste the link here.

Note: If you do not see an obsproject.com URL, you will need to update OBS Studio to version 22+.

Having an issue with stream boss widget where the next stream boss name will appear but the “image” for their profile picture is the person who was boss before. It’s quite the frustrating bug. I tried reloading overlay on OBS, and it reloaded still with the wrong photo, the previous boss. is this being fixed or do I need to do something?

Hello, I started streaming on twitch tv for some time, at first everything worked fine, but at some point the stream on twitch started to jam, I tried to change servers to German and tp. it worked for a while and again the same thing, the OBS preview shows a smooth gameplay, and there is something else on the live scene, the whole scene is lagging, even alerts, donatey and tp, I would also like to point out that during the longer stream I have a "Encoding loaded" written at the bottom

1. Visit https://streamelements.com/logout and then log in again by connecting with Twitch.
2. On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select Join under bot settings. If it says Part select that and then select Join to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
3. Post your old and your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).
