1. Make sure you are on the latest and greatest version of OBS.Live
2. Exit OBS (make sure OBS is not running)
3. Delete %appdata%\obs-studio\plugin_config\obs-browser\obs_profile_cookies
4. Start OBS.Live
5. Settings > Stream > Disconnect > Connect

Opera GX and the new Microsoft Edge Chromium might work closest to Chrome as its also Chromium built. Firefox also works, but some things might look a bit different or not work. We do not recommend using Internet Explorer with our Dashboard as it does not support functions.
If the website doesn’t work on chrome, be sure none of your plugins are blocking our website or clear your cookies. You can try if the website works in a incognito tab.

• from the Overlay Editor > Session data on top right (monitor symbol) > Goals tab > reset progress of desired goal
• from the Dashboard > Activity feed on the left > Widget data on the right > Goals tab -> reset progress of desired goal

Note: Goal widgets (progress) only counts up and doesn't go down automatically, if you loose followers/subs.

hi, i know there was in issue with some variables for streamers over the past couple of days, but a streamer I mod for is having issues with one in particular still. We've parted bot/joined bot/logged out/logged in. We have a !game command which was originally just ${game} and removed/readded the command just in case with different text including the same ${game} variable. The !setgame command works (after doing the bot part/join mentioned earlier) and updates the category on Twitch now, but the !game command does not update or seems like there is a severe delay in it updating when pulling the info from Twitch.
I'm sorry to keep posting this, not trying to SPAM, but it just keeps getting buried before support is able to see it i think. It's a minor thing, but become a pain in the side for the flow of the stream i mod for.

@fierce knot If your commands recently stopped working and you're using OBS.Live and a custom bot name do the following:

1. In OBS.Live, click on the hamburger menu (three stripes) at the top left of your activity feed
2. Click on Stream Settings > Custom bot name
3. In the Custom bot name field select Set custom bot name, not your already existing username (with capital letters). Note: If you already connected an account that way, the third entry will show as the account name (see image https://i.imgur.com/sO7fWOX.png).
4. Scroll a bit down and click on the purple Connect Custom Bot Account button
5. Log in as usual and Authorize the custom bot name
6. Back in the Activity feed, click on the Send Test Message button and check if your custom bot name starts working again

Hey everyone! Hope you're all having a great day. I need some help with something. My stream elements overlay doesn't animate in streamlabs. I'm using the stream elements chain link and adding it to streamlabs via browser source. It shows up but as a static image. There is also no loop option in the browser source settings panel. Has anyone faced this issue before or have a fix? Would be greatly appreciated

@burnt mica We're not able to troubleshoot issues with using our overlays in StreamLabs OBS (SLOBS) as we don't have the tools to support their software. We recommend using OBS Studio or OBS Studio with our plugin OBS.Live.

Hi there. I have an issue with setting up alerts. They all works great except cheers. I set my own animated graphics and sounds as well as custom fonts and everything identical to alerts for followers or raids etc, but for some reason for cheers it keeps doing a default/different animated image and sound. To test things like scenes, audio levels, video and audio devices, overlays etc. You can do that offline, just by recording to a file on disk, then check the recording. To test overlay actions, you can simulate them in the editor.

I've just switched over to StreamElements and have the following command set up - !drop = Clint has dropped things in the shed $(count) times. I want to change the value of this to match what it was on previous bot. So I use - !editcounter drop 105

The response I get is - clintseed changed the drop counter from 0 to 105. When I use !drop again it just continues to count upwards from the previous number, it wasn't changed to 105...so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong I'm afraid! Any help would be appreciated.

Giving points to a single user does not affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

1. In OBS.Live, click on the hamburger menu (three stripes) at the top left of your activity feed
2. Click on Stream Settings > Custom bot name
3. In the Custom bot name field select Set custom bot name, not your already existing username (with capital letters). Note: If you already connected an account that way, the third entry will show as the account name (see image https://i.imgur.com/sO7fWOX.png).
4. Scroll a bit down and click on the purple Connect Custom Bot Account button
5. Log in as usual and Authorize the custom bot name
6. Back in the Activity feed, click on the Send Test Message button and check if your custom bot name starts working again

Can someone help me? I haven't made streams for 5 months, but since I came back I have done more than 10 streams and the option of "video quality" does not release on my channel anymore. I've tried everything, including putting the encoders in the most correct way possible. I follow channels that haven't streamed in over 10 months and they still have the option of "video quality" today. These channels are not Twitch partners, they are affiliates, just like me.
I even have a friend who is neither a partner or affiliate, he opens his stream together with mine and he always has the "video quality" option enabled. Was my channel punished or something? 😢

Note: Goal widgets (progress) only counts up and doesn't go down automatically, if you loose followers/subs.

@river shadow as sudo pointed out that's not possible, however you can duplicate the widget to another overlay, which also copies the settings. So you can do the changes one time, duplicate to all overlays, delete the previous version there.
Alternatively you can make a new overlay where you put only the alert box, and add that as a second browser source. That only works if the alert box location doesn't change across overlays though.

A current and all-time watchtime would be cool as well, similar to loyalty points, so that you could say "most active during the month/year". And to ignore users in that list as well, otherwise i would have to delete streamelements bot in a regular manner.

10 minutes of watchtime are given to those in chat when the loyalty points are handed out (every 10 minutes). Therefore, loyalty must be enabled for watchtime to work properly.
There is no direct link between watchtime and all-time points.
It can’t be calculated from the amount of all-time points a user has because subs may earn points at a faster rate and !bonus all command increases all-time points for users in chat at that time.
Giving points to a single user does not affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

1. Visit https://streamelements.com/logout and then log in again by connecting with Twitch.
2. On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select Join under bot settings. If it says Part select that and then select Join to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
3. Post your old and your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

I changed the bits alert sounds and enabled TTS. For all my other alerts it works perfectly. But when people cheer with bits I still hear the original sounds and TTS does not work. And it's not only my stream. My friends have the same problem that it works for all the alerts, except for the bits/cheers. Is this a know problem?

@proper thunder 10 minutes of watchtime are given to those in chat when the loyalty points are handed out (every 10 minutes). Therefore, loyalty must be enabled for watchtime to work properly.
There is no direct link between watchtime and all-time points.
It can’t be calculated from the amount of all-time points a user has because subs may earn points at a faster rate and !bonus all command increases all-time points for users in chat at that time.
Giving points to a single user does not affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.
