Showing is no different that just playing the audio by itself. Unless you have permission to play it then you're taking the risk that you get caught and in trouble.

@zenith linden There is a bug with setting the stream title in OBS and the Dev team is investigating.
In the meantime you can set the title using the !settitle command in chat (if enabled in your bot command settings)

Everywhere I read that highlights, don't get deleted by Twitch where as broadcasts (in my case) get deleted after 60 days. - I'm wondering what the retention policy is for uploaded videos, and more importantly if I move a prior broadcast into a collection, is it then preserved? I know it gets deleted out of recent broadcasts after 60 days (I have twitch prime), but do broadcasts also get deleted out of collections. If i can help it i dont want to create collections by creating highlights of each entire broadcast... Seems wrong, and i end up splitting my video views which i hate...

Hi all. I am struggling to get the music video to show on my stream using the media request tool. Im using streamlabs 25.0.8 64bit. It keeps saying 'media request is being used somewhere else' and it jumps to my dashboard request page, where it says the same thing. It then says I have no active media request widgets on my overlay but i have two voerlays with the media request box in and I can get the music video to jump into there. Any ideas?

@low heath 10 minutes of watchtime are given to those in chat when the loyalty points are handed out (every 10 minutes). Therefore, loyalty must be enabled for watchtime to work properly.
There is no direct link between watchtime and all-time points.
It can’t be calculated from the amount of all-time points a user has because subs may earn points at a faster rate and !bonus all command increases all-time points for users in chat at that time.
Giving points to a single user does NOT affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

Hello all, needing a bit of help with a autotimer. I have a timer set up to do /commercial 60 every 20 or so min. Lately it is dropping a message in chat saying "StreamElements: failed to run commercial, please re-login to enable commercials" I have done this. I have also removed the bot from chat and had it rejoin. Still same result. The commercial does fire off, but the error message still hits chat. Any idea what I should do?

1.) In OBS.Live, click on the hamburger menu (three stripes) at the top left of your activity feed
2.) Click on Stream Settings -> Custom bot name
3.) In the "Custom bot name" field select "Set custom bot name", not your already existing username (with capital letters)
Note: If you already connected an account that way, the third entry will show as the account name (see image https://i.imgur.com/sO7fWOX.png)
4.) Scroll a bit down and click on the purple "CONNECT CUSTOM BOT ACCOUNT" button
5.) Log in as usual and "Authorize" the custom bot name

Hi, i stream on Twitch using OBS and since 4-5 days every 20 minutes (more or less) a streamelement message is shown in chat, saying "not able to load commercial, log in with streamelements to fix" or something like this.
The point is that I AM logged in with SE (with Twitch), and everything else (like music, chat commands, alerts) works fine.
What should i do to fix?
If that can help, i started getting this messages after cleaning cache/cookies/browser memory.

The other way (without OBS.Live plugin) is to extract alertbox into separate overlay (so alerts are not played in background making them sound twice or more) and again - uncheck "shutdown source when not visible" for theme

In the meantime you can set the title using the !settitle command in chat (if enabled in your bot command settings)

@heady jay i'm asking around for you. as i know it's possible to link it to StreamElements but i forgot how to.

To integrate, open https://bynogame.com/ben/bngpay and click on the StreamElements Kurulumu button (if you can't see it, open the link again).
You will be asked to authorize the connection on our site. Once authorized, all the tips you receive through ByNoGame will generate alerts on StreamElements, and show up in your activity feed, revenue history, labels, dashboard, etc.
