They're pretty much "roleplaying" your account so they can see what you see, but only the areas where they have permissions

🔹 Visit https://streamelements.com/logout and then log in again with by connecting with Twitch.
🔹 On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select "Join" under bot settings. If it says "Part" select that and then select "Join" to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
🔹 Post your old and your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

I am in a situation, when I am part of 2 chanels and therefore I need to switch between Logins in OBS Live, to have proper chat and activity feed.
It is kinda annoying to Log out and Log in for correct account all the time.

Could it be possible to implement, that created OBS profile can have twitch login tied to it?
So basically when I change from profile A to profile B, I will be logged out from twitch acc for profile A and logged into profile B twitch account in the background.

Hello, in a Twich channel i moderate the api for subcount is broken. In streamelements aswell as fossabot its unable to retrieve the current subcount. In streamelements it says there are currently 0 subs, which ofcourse isnt correct. Letting SE leave the chat and joining it again didnt fix it. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix it?

@torpid siren Assuming all settings are correct in that variation you're editing, I also ran into a similar problem once and TTS being disabled in a different variation of mine was overriding it essentially. If you have multiple variations, check them all to make sure one isn't overriding it some how.

🔹 On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select "Join" under bot settings. If it says "Part" select that and then select "Join" to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
🔹 Post your old and your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

Consoles do not have native support for overlays. You would need a capture card and a PC with OBS in order to have Overlays over your console gameplay.

You can create a single overlay with just the goal and resize it as needed on OBS to use the same across scenes but is a bit of extra work, in my opinion.

Hey just a quick question! This might be a bug (if so, I'll be sure to report it) but I just wanna make sure of that first. I have the Chat Alerts enabled in the Bot Modules section, and whenever I get raided by a friend or whomever during stream, StreamElements seems to send the Chat Alert for both a raid and a host at the same time (shown in the image below)

Does anyone know what may be causing this? Or should I report it as a bug?

having trouble with a custom command. I can use a standard Twitch emote inline but not one of my channel emotes. For example, '${user} gave ${random.chatter} some Kappu ramen Kappu!' will post in a message the standard ramen emote. I have an emote that is a xiaolongbao dumpling that I am using the exact same code with and it parses my emote as text instead of displaying the actual emote (kittyk50Xiao). Am I missing something here?

As I typed that, I think I may have an idea of why... personal emotes are for subs and SE isn't subbed to my channel. Would that account for it? If so, how does an account like the bobross channel accomplish it with their custom taco emote?

• All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
• Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline

🔹 Visit https://streamelements.com/logout and then log in again with by connecting with Twitch.
🔹 On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select "Join" under bot settings. If it says "Part" select that and then select "Join" to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
🔹 Post your old and your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

@bleak slate We are a passthrough for paypal, meaning that something has changed on your paypal account.

We haven't changed anything on our side even if paypal claims its us.

I suspect its more as to how your account is setup and what type.

• from the dashboard -> activity feed on the left -> widget data on the right -> goals tab -> reset progress of desired goal
  Note: Goal widgets(progress) only counts up and doesn't go down automatically, if you loose followers/subs
