It only counts up while you are live and streaming.

@strong kernel i use the themes and alert box provided by SE, my alerts don't show on stream, prior to me disabling the hardware acceleration i was only able to hear the sound of the alert going off but nothing on stream showed, after disabling the hardware acceleration i cant hear any sound, if i go into the overlay editor, go to emulate and check the box for preview on stream, the alert emulation works just fine

🔹 Visit https://streamelements.com/logout and then log in again with by connecting with Twitch.
🔹 On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select "Join" under bot settings. If it says "Part" select that and then select "Join" to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
🔹 Post your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

It can’t be calculated from the amount of all-time points a user has because subs may earn points at a faster rate and !bonus all command increases all-time points for users in chat at that time.
Giving points to a single user does NOT affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

In Twitch, I was able to just use the hold Left Control and mouse wheel up. Kind of old school but it worked. I have a second monitor but the chat box text is still pretty small.

10 minutes of watchtime are given to those in chat when the loyalty points are handed out (every 10 minutes). Therefore, loyalty must be enabled for watchtime to work properly.
There is no direct link between watchtime and all-time points.
It can’t be calculated from the amount of all-time points a user has because subs may earn points at a faster rate and !bonus all command increases all-time points for users in chat at that time.
Giving points to a single user does NOT affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

@stoic vault There is no easy way to unlink 2 owner type accounts from each other. The only way is to make a closure request from here: https://streamelements.com/dashboard/account/security
WARNING: In submitting a closure request you will delete both linked accounts and loose all data from both accounts. This includes overlays, custom commands, timers and past data(tips, subs, etc). You can still relogin with the deleted account, but you are essentially starting fresh.

Hey guys, I have 2 webm files for a follow/sub alert that activate at the same time, on the Streamelements editor, everything works fine, but on OBS emulating alerts, one of them is like 3fps while the other is fine. Their size is 7mb and 230kb. The 230kb one is the one at 3fps so I dont think size is the problem. Any ideas ?

Hello, when I'm opening stream labs it doesn't bring media. It just says wait a moment .. game won't load in stream elements. Same worked fine with Game capture card. Any solution?

Why dashboard doesn't have media listed anywhere? It used to be available as a tile ..now I don't see it anywhere.

Hi all. I have an alert set for gift sub, resub, and normal sub. When someone gifts a sub, it only shows who the sub has been gifted too. If I only want it to show the person who gifted the sub and not all the individual subscriptions, what variable would I need to change in the editor?

Hello guys, I'm having an issue within Streamlabs OBS where when I try to do a window capture for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, it just shows a black box. I am able to capture it via game capture however I would prefer if I could use the window capture to better set up my scenes. Thank you!

@clever acorn We're not able to troubleshoot issues with using our overlays in StreamLabs OBS (SLOBS) as we don't have the tools to support their software. We recommend using OBS Studio or OBS Studio with our plugin OBS.Live.

With timers - I find whenever I set them up they're quite spammy. Is there a way to set up timers so they send a message one after the other rather than like all on their own timers?

🔹 On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select "Join" under bot settings. If it says "Part" select that and then select "Join" to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
🔹 Post your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

It will start counting up.

It will not retroactively apply watchtime.

Everyone is starting from 0.
