if you dont see it then right click in the mixer and select unhide
you will also need to go to edit > advanced audio and select it to monitor only

yeah which was solved. i just didnt know the change that was made because of that new setting
also i was confused because i didnt hear anything until i turned on monitoring for audio for browser source audio

so if you have sound using the monitoring features then the alerts are coming through as normal.
you can continue with this set up if you like, or we can try and get it working for the default option so you dont have to have an extra meter in the mixer

There is no quote list. The quotes are only accessible via command. And when you delete a space from what I know you cannot fill it again, as you can only add quotes to the end of the list.

Okay @twin sentinel - thx! So, put simply, I'm trying to set it up where I do a simple giveaway where there is no cost, and everyone who wants a chance, can get 1 ticket (I had set up the giveaway as such (0 cost, 1 ticket limit).
On 4/20 I did this, but could not get the chat command to work. Viewers would type "!ticket 1" but receive no auto-confirmation (I did set it to do so) and on my giveaway screen no tickets were accounted for. So I copied the giveaway webpage link to chat. My viewers were able to click on that and submit a ticket.
On 4/24 and 4/27, I did another couple of giveaways, same as before - !ticket didn't work, but this time dropping the link in chat didn't work for my viewers.
I was sent a lot of screenshots but these 4 cover the variety of what my viewers were getting - blank screen, continuous loading screen, no option showing to get a ticket, etc.
Why isn't the !ticket working? Why did the link work the first giveaway, but not the following two? Am I doing something wrong on my end?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you! 🙂

We recommend to access our page via the google chrome browser. Other browser may have issues.
Also if you have a white screen and the blue help bubble like your last screensht, this is most likely due to a local issue, where something is blocking the connection to StreamElements.

@short locust 10 minutes of watchtime are given to those in chat when the loyalty points are handed out (every 10 minutes). Therefore, loyalty must be enabled for watchtime to work properly.
There is no direct link between watchtime and all-time points.
It can’t be calculated from the amount of all-time points a user has because subs may earn points at a faster rate and !bonus all command increases all-time points for users in chat at that time.
Giving points to a single user does NOT affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

I know it's possible to simply do a text overlay and put whatever and manually edit (lets say death counter) but it would be amazing to have something you could control through OBS or Stream Deck like that.

Hi there, just wondering if there's anyway to auto-generate a list of subscribers as they come in per month. So May will start as an empty list, then get bigger and bigger throughout the month. Then resets at the start of the next month. Either writing to a txt file or by some kind of list in an overlay (similar to the Recent subscriber list in the overlays - 'Labels->Subsribers->latest' - but with more with the specific needs of monthly of current month and no limit) Any help appreciated! 🙂

Hello! I’m having an issue with stream store sound alert redemptions for some of my subscribers.

For me, two things come in mind:
- Keep your follow alerts disabled until they stop on their own.
- Find out who they are IRL and report them to the police. You have footage of them doing this. Twitch saves logs with usernames and IPs, even when said account gets deleted.

Hello all I am having trouble, with OBS crashing randomly. The last time I streamed it ran for about 3 hours and the crashed. after that it would crash immediately after I hit the start streaming button. I did some googling and set it to compatibility mode and ran a test stream. that ran for a while. @prisma relic I was trying recreate the issue but i think it fixed itself (it was probably a super specific set of steps to cause the rendering to bug). I'm using Opera GX and while trying to edit chat commands, the bottom of the page was cutoff and I couldn't scroll further down to hit the blue save button. Also, I wasn't able to see all my commands at the bottom of the list because of this. But like I said, I refreshed and it corrected. weird.

The songs were added. It doesn't start playing automatically, the streamer still needs to click play.
It only goes through the queue automatically once it starts.

You're not the one streaming. Pressing play and listening to it on your computer won't make it play on theirs.

hi so ive had this problem before but its persisted, my tip and sub sounds arnt working. the tip one plays the wrong sound no matter the sound i choose and the sub one outright doesent play. ive tried switching file formats, trying different sounds, different streamelements accounts and it still persists. the rest of the alert sounds play as they should

Hey I've had this problem for a while now, can't hear my stream alerts (followers tips etc) but when I emulate them in the editor I hear them just fine? Have it so I can see when Browser audio goes off or not and when say someone follows, it says there is sound, but nothing comes through...
