Hello, recently started using StreamElements bot in my twitch channel and when anyone tries no matter how time he has watched to type !watchtime it appears to be 0 seconds any fixes?

@sacred orchid 10 minutes of watchtime are given to those in chat when the loyalty points are handed out (every 10 minutes). Therefore, loyalty must be enabled for watchtime to work properly.
There is no direct link between watchtime and all-time points.
It can’t be calculated from the amount of all-time points a user has because subs may earn points at a faster rate and !bonus all command increases all-time points for users in chat at that time.
Giving points to a single user does NOT affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

Hello, good morning I have a problem with OBS.live, if anyone can help me I appreciate it, I installed OBS.live + Addon through the StreamElements website and when I opened OBS it was in version 24.0.3, but there was an update which should be done for version 25.0.4 of OBS, but when I do this update and try to update the StreamElements Addon it gives "Failed to download" what I have to do, I would very much like to use OBS.live, another question that I have is .. is there any way to leave the chat in OBS in dark mode? in version 25.0.4 there is an option to do this, in version 24.0.3 there is not ... someone could help me, thanks ❤️

Hey there. I'm having a problem with the tipping service. I originally had it set up for Mixer but I switched to Twitch. Before remaking my overlays in SE's browser, I was using a duplicate of my Mixer overlays so I was getting only the tipping alerts. Now that I've remade my alerts specifically for Twitch, when someone sends a tip I don't see any of the alerts for it. Any way to remedy this?

Hello, I was wondering a thing. I have problems with !Watchtime, i know that you need to enable loyalty, however how does this work. I don't want a currency on my stream, i just want like a time based watchtime.

@blazing crow 10 minutes of watchtime are given to those in chat when the loyalty points are handed out (every 10 minutes). Therefore, loyalty must be enabled for watchtime to work properly.
There is no direct link between watchtime and all-time points.
It can’t be calculated from the amount of all-time points a user has because subs may earn points at a faster rate and !bonus all command increases all-time points for users in chat at that time.
Giving points to a single user does NOT affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

• All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
• Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline
  Note: If you see "X channel has hosted you" with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.
  Note for Mixer streamers: The above 2 filters currently apply for Mixer and we are aware its actually not how Mixer hosts work. We do plan on changing it, but no ETA on when.

🔹 Post your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

@mighty fern The overlays is like a canvas, you can put as many widget in there as you need, and then copy that URL into your OBS, you can create multiple overlays depending on your needs, personally i use 2 overlays one for the alerts and other for the design stuff, but is up to each streamer to use it as they think they need it 😉

• All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
• Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline
  Note: If you see "X channel has hosted you" with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.
  Note for Mixer streamers: The above 2 filters currently apply for Mixer and we are aware its actually not how Mixer hosts work. We do plan on changing it, but no ETA on when.

Hi. I had an odd issue lately during a stream I mod. My preview overlay looks like this. But the images on upper right section does not appear behind the text. Note that it has visibility turned so is there something else I should do?

Its really just that part of the screen where the images do not appear. Last time we were on 1080 on both and the image background still did not appear.

@summer wasp If you are not seeing the OBS Twitch integrations and have OBS.Live installed, please follow these steps:

1. Make sure you are on the latest and greatest version of OBS.Live
2. exit OBS (make sure OBS is not running)
3. delete %appdata%\obs-studio\plugin_config\obs-browser\obs_profile_cookies
4. start OBS.Live
5. Settings -> Stream -> disconnect -> connect

Can I get help with my Loyalty store redeeming? Viewers are earning points, can use command to redeem store items, StreamElements messages to confirm they redeemed, but then the Loyalty Item doesn't actually occur. The Loyalty store items are all Sound Effects with Webm visual. I can hear the sound effect, but see no accompanying visual.

I've tried with Hardware Accel enabled AND disabled, neither seemed to fix it. ALSO, now I cannot stream because I get an error message saying "hostname found, but no data of requested type"

Ok, I fixed the streaming error (just changed my "Bind to IP" setting to Default), but I still can't get the Loyalty visual to appear. The sound effect works every time. I've tried to set Hardware accel. to both Enable and Disable, neither fix it

@rugged monolith The default resolution for StreamElements overlays (theme and custom) is 1920x1080. Please add them in OBS at their full resolution and use CTRL+F to fit to screen if necessary. Hello, I'm having some trouble with the Media Request feature. It's not getting any configuration that I use: loyalty points needed for request, who can request musics, if the video is music or not. The only thing that is really working is toggling media requests on and off.

if its set to everyone, then everyone is excluded from loyalty settings
