• Ground Control does not have Custom Bot Name
• Subscriber count will count the Channel and any other permanent sub you may have (+1 or +2 or +3 on top).
  We are working on fixing both issues, but there is no ETA.
  OBS.Live still has Custom Bot name working fine in it.

if "this streamer is online" link his channel and write "this" message (including viewer count and what he's streaming right now)
else (that is if he's offline) link his channel and write "another" message (including just what he played last, not viewer count, since it will pop up like <not live> and that is just straight up ugly )

So the customapi normally picks a random line from a pastebin, but there's an option to use filters, where you can pick a specific line depending on the filter. I used the response <not live> as a filter to pick the "channel offline" response, and if it's any other value, it will pick the random non-specific line (the one at the bottom)

so here is an idea, let me bust out the wall of instructional text

Move the alert widget to the top left corner of the overlay(you can use the position tab on the left and the place 0px on both top and left boxes)
Increase the size of the widget until you are happy with the size text.
Click again on the position tab and see the dimensions of the widget(example 1000x1000)
Save overlay and exit hte editor
Click the small pencil on the overlay
From 1080p choose custom
Input the same widget dimentions.
In OBS, make sure the browser source matches that as well.
Now you can move and resize the alert in the OBS canvas and also copy and paste it in the other scenes without actually having to worry about echoing sounds.

There is no direct link between watchtime and all-time points.
It can’t be calculated from the amount of all-time points a user has because subs may earn points at a faster rate and !bonus all command increases all-time points for users in chat at that time.
Giving points to a single user does NOT affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

So fixed the issue from yesterday it seems but if you have custom CSS on your default cheer alerts, can you now no longer do variations without the custom CSS?

A user has a custom bit sound for themselves as a bit variation but the default is playing at same time when they donate but not when it is sent as a test from the overlay editor.

So honestly, my head has been twisting for the last 3 days "What loyalty leveling bot did i use..." and I looked into my old twitch account, and I found that it was Stream Elements, not even the commands work anymore (Bot was inchat) <Don't know if this was because I haven't logged on in about a years time>.

I looked everywhere in Stream Elements, and I cannot find the Leveling Loyalty system at all..

Hey guys, I'm having a massive problem with streamelements browser sources, i use them as my overlay, but if i stay on a screen for like a minute, then switch back to my overlay scene, the browser source disappears, i tried running it without gpu acceleration but that makes my browser sources run at like 3fps which is strange because i have a capable cpu, anyone knows something about this?

That is the page url not the Item the ccs code lets you progran commands and tie a graphic, video or sound to the instance of the command like !hype.

it's more "in-depth" to completely stop being their dashboard moderator

Personally I think a dropdown would be confusing, because it could imply those are the channels the person you are currently moderating has access to. Roleplaying as another user switches the whole interface to as though you were that person, so to switch to someone else, you should first end your roleplaying session, return to your own dashboard, then pick someone else

• All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
• Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline
  Note: If you see "X channel has hosted you" with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.

That's one of them. SE doesn't by default "greet" new users when they type in chat, or are lurking in a channel as there's no hard data to prove that it benefits or detracts from a stream and therefore is needed as a feature. It tends to be a personal preference of the streamer more than a preference of the viewers. There is anecdotal evidence that a small percentage of people don't mind being called out for lurking/greeted by the bot when they enter a channel or type for the first time, however the majority of anecdotal evidence would support the opposite, encouraging the streamer to engage verbally with a new viewer and being able to identify someone new to the channel without assistance. Granted when there's 10k+ people in a stream, that becomes difficult, but that's what Moderators are for.

Okay, all was a dream in bootstrap land and boom, i changed name from my old long winded initial name from years ago to my irl nickname and now game name, all seemed perfect. until. Stuff stopped working.

Now theirs a massive problem... >...< ahhh Ive got everything just how i wanted after days of configurating maybe more ive almost got it to the point where im happy (couldnt do it all again honestly it would be so disheartening! so i dont want to reset the whole thing and start again.

First problem, In chat users id noticed my old name true2fpslunar was still main guy no permission was blank im guessing like owner duh... but i removed it as i was in fear someone would steal my user name and come cause havok... over thinking of the century, so... that leads to my problem, i assumed it would freak out ask me if i was sure and or delete and pop back after it figured it was not my name or what ever i wasn't thinking to clearly... clearly 😦 anyway. added myself new user as a super user and i went back and it had deleted my new super user, re added, its stayed but not sure if its working... and would like myself to be the owner in their as i think its bad mm kay ?... Okay Next maybe linked problem, i noticed i have had twitter linked a while since start, also have had twitter but ive not made any posts... but stream elements and twitch posts kept spamming my chat out and it was irritating to say the least so i removed them, i realised that my channel username was not in their so i added mine in... i made a post... but nothing...

As i said ive disconnected and reconnected it in social media, ive tried again, nothing... any ideas?

Audio can go through HDMI, and when you connect a headset or earbuds the standard behavior is to override the HDMI output and send audio to the connected headset.

So unless there is a setting in the switch/dock to send audio over both HDMI and headphones, the default will be based on the audio output it is connected to

Hello! I'm experiencing what seems like a unique problem: if I go to streamelements.com and try to access my dashboard, it loops me back to the front page as opposed to my dash. It tries to go to /dashboard/welcome-back and immediately goes back to the main page, not the dash. If I were to go in my profile page, I can access the top right menu from where I can click dashboard, and it does take me there. That's already weird, but okay, I can access it. Now I'm also an editor for another channel, which if I select the channel to work on it, it loops me way back to the main streamelements.com page. What is going on?
