Heyo I got a problem with my bot. I use OBS.live. After an update I am not able to connect my bot account for twitch as a custom bot. Is there a known issue? I couldn't find anything about it.

I can log in to my account, but it doesn't send the message as my bot account - it uses StreamElements or my stream account that I've chosen as an alternative solution.
Restarted the application, restarted computer, looked for updates that might fix it?

1. Right click on your OBS desktop shortcut -> properties - in the "Target" field add this -> --remote-debugging-port=40404
2. Open OBS(or restart if it was open)
3. Open your browser and type in "localhost:40404"
4. Click on "StreamElements - Activity feed"
5. navigate to the Console tab
6. type in the console this: store.customBot.removeCustomBotIntegration() and hit enter
7. Try setting the custom bot name

• All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
• Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline
  Note: If you see "X channel has hosted you" with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.

I'm going to guess that you have sound effects commands which are indicated by a music note, SFX, or other annotation within your chatbot export? Those commands are not supported by any cloud-based chatbot, and will not be imported. Any valid commands listed after any SFX commands will also fail to import.

🔹 Post your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

Using OBS through streamelements. My FPS is set to 30 and my bitrate is at 2500. they all stay the same but my twitch stream is laggy/ dropping frames. I have tried messing with the settings and in OBS it seems to run smooth. my ping when i speedtest is 34 and my download speed is 94mbps and my upload is 60mbps.

Hi everyone 😄 I'm having a bit of trouble with my Sub goal at the moment. I currently have 15 subscribers, and I have the same amount of sub points as they're all tier 1.

For the life of me, I can't work out how to make it show accurately. NONE of those numbers are actually right! I had 15 subs in the last 30 days (I know this because I just unlocked my 2nd emote slot). I believe the 16 is including ME, which doesn't help my viewers see an accurate number.

I have no clue what 21 means. If I look at my total subscribers to date, it's actually 25!

Anybody have any clue how to fix this or if I'm being stupid!? 😛 Thanks in advance! This is driving me crazy haha

and i cant get desktop audio to work now... on either one

had an issue with it recognizing my face cam but got that fixed... its a daily struggle when I stream and the mic gets an echo. If i unplug it and plug it back in it fixes that issue but then resets the desktop audio.

🔹 Visit https://streamelements.com/logout and then log in again with by connecting with Twitch.
🔹 On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select "Join" under bot settings. If it says "Part" select that and then select "Join" to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
🔹 Post your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

The "!sr" command works fine for the limited amount of "free" requests but my subscribers are not able requests an unlimited amount of songs and im wondering how to fix this. Until PayPal clears the tip and sends back a confirmation to your StreamElements account, no information will appear there and no alert will play, as that confirmation is the only way for us to be aware of a successful transaction. If you believe there may be an issue with the transaction, you'll need to contact PayPal support as StreamElements is only a passthrough service and never actually gets involved with the transaction or touches the money.

You might want to log in to your PayPal account and make sure you didn't forget to set something up they wanted you to.

and I checked paypal and its added on my account.
