they had to rework their entire system because they realized the way they were doing it was inefficient by adding separate browser sources for every single label and overlay element

They also discontinued their local chatbot about 8 months ago and started pushing people to the cloud bot

Maybe someone else has experienced this. I'm trying to setup a timer for my custom bot to set off a raffle every 30 mins. But when timer goes off I can see the command come into chat but the raffle doesn't start. I can run the command on it's own and it works fine. Both my bot and streamelements bot are mods in my channel.

Hello, my alerts aren’t all working correctly at times even though the tests run fine. Sometimes the follows will pop up and not hosts, sometimes nothing at all. Is there a way to properly test it without going live or having a friend test it for me? I’ve just disconnected the account and reconnected it but haven’t tested it.

• All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
• Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline
  Note: If you see "X channel has hosted you" with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.

• Subscriber count will count the Channel and any other permanent sub you may have (+1 or +2 or +3 on top).
  We are working on fixing both issues, but there is no ETA.
  OBS.Live still has Custom Bot name working fine in it.

So I have been having an issue. Where I have tts enabled, but when an alert goes off, I hear 2 voices, in streamlabs i have tts enabled to a guy voice but i hear a guys voice and a womans voice for the same alert. when i test it out on streamlabs it seems to be working just fine but when i stream it doubles up. and i check everything on my overlay and only have one thing giving off alerts

Well see I use to stream on Twitvh under a different name and Youtube, now I stream on Mixer but I also restream , I also rebranded when I moved to Mixer so the new account has the correct info, the old account has incorrect email addreses and usernames, so I would rather deletre the old one with the old info and than connect my YT and Twitch with the proper info to the new account, does that make sense?

What info, exactly? The email address listed in StreamElements? It gets that from your Twitch account, for example, so if you change it on Twitch, then log out and log back in to StreamElements, it'll update.
