@opaque condor Depending on the widgets in your overlay, some will take more CPU load, Kappagen, Hype Cup, and Animations being the heaviest widgets. Based on the specs of your laptop you are using as the streaming PC, I would not expect this to handle the encoding very well, especially if you have a heavier overlay. You would most likely want to stick to a static overlay, and maybe considering a lower resolution overlay, as well as limiting the browser source to no more than 30FPS

Maybe: you can also use Ground Control to control your music. And in there I think you can setup a key on your keyboard to pause etc. And I think in StreamDeck you can set an action which "triggers" the pressing of that key.

Hiya SE! I've had three instances so far, on two separate streams, where tip alerts have not fired off. Two were supposed to be jump scare alerts too, so the people didn't get what they paid for - me nearly messing my trousers.
Comparing the activity feed to the PayPal transactions confirms this.
Two from last night were variations created before the stream,, but they were all tested and working prior to going live.
The one from before would have been a standard tip alert.

- Active overlay with alerts
- StreamElements tipping page in the panels below the stream (!panels)
- Create a twitch account for the name you want to use
- Ground Control app must be running
Steps to enable custom name
- Sign in to https://twitch.tv with the bot account
- Install and run Ground Control (!gc for download)
- Visit https://twitchapps.com/tmi/ and generate an oAUTH token
- Copy/paste everything in the box to Ground Control oAuth settings and enter the name for the bot account
- Restart Ground Control (custom name may take a few minutes to take effect)
Mac does not currently support renaming the bot.

Are there any known issues running videos from within the OBS Studio Media Request? song requests start to show when clicking on "Show on Stream" (i have added a Media Resquest to my overlay page) but after some seconds there is a message in the OBS Studio Media Request window saying "No active Widgets were detected...."
When i start the video from a browser in streamelements it will be shown.

my question is im currently using nvench H.264 for my encoder and 1080p 60fps for input and output. my current bitrate is 2500 and I was wondering what my settings have to be to look almost crystal clear? (not partnered yet )

hi, i've been using ground control for my music in my steams and i have a playlist with over 100 songs in it, i add to it almost every few days, anyway, ive noticed it skips some songs, most ive seen is 2 or 3 in one go, when i skip back, it skips those songs again, i checked on youtube, and they are not deleted, or hidden, or changed, so i'm not sure why it's skipping them

If you entered the source correctly, and it does not work only in SLOBS, I dont think there will be much we can help you with. They have been know to block our sources in the past, and we cannot guarantee reliability with their system. This is why we recommend using OBS Studio, or OBS Studio with our plugin, OBS.Live

What you can do is emulate a custom cheer event to knock boss health down, replay event to get the desired user, then emulate bits to get the desired HP on the user

I think we misunderstand each other. May be to my poor wording. However you have to then go into the redemption tab and see if you have already fulfilled the stream perk. Is there a way to exclude a stream perk from that?

Sound effects will play only the sound
access code is for giving codes away to viewers

If the timer don't post in your chat when you stream on console please part the bot and rejoin it your channel via the StreamELements dasboard please. There is also a pinned message about the chat lines on timers in the pinned messages for this channel.

- Restart Ground Control (custom name may take a few minutes to take effect)

if the chatlines in the last 5 minutes werent higher than 10 lines, it wont post the message

Hi ... suddenly the videos i play on stream from media request in OBS live (likewise from the browser) are all having echoes
yest it did not work at all to show on stream bc obs.live was not running with admin rights ... thereafter it was fine
today videos first stopped again after a couple of seconds and restarting obs helped ... then i had the echos
and on top ... adding videos clears the queue so it plays one video and shows the queue empty
ok, so the echo dispappears as soon as i stop showing the video on screen
the only audio source is obs studio i.e. there are not other browser windows with the same overlay open
and now it even stops to show the video on stream without an error message ... it just continous in the media request window from OBS
but the echo is only there when showing on stream

We're currently experiencing an issue with all giveaways we've setup where any points bought off of the public page don't show up on the backend.
Refreshing the page a few times will randomly show what seems to be public page entrants and their points pent but there is no way to actually dive in and confirm those people are even part of the giveaway as they don't show up.
Closing and refunding the giveaway doesn't refund any of the points spent on the public page and we've reset giveaways several times and run into the same issue with each. Seems like they're going into two different pools but the public page pool is just disappearing entirely.
