so I think the issue is that you have RegEx turned on for all the words, which means they have to be exact matches. If you take that off for the words, it can be any case

So, my SE Browser sources take a fair while to load up when switching scenes, would that primarily be an issue of the images I'm using with the overlay being too large to "instantly" load. There's about 5 seconds between when the scene loads to when the source actually loads in content.

@snow smelt Before I used SE, I used SL and all there stuff (before SLOBS was a thing). Personally, it was worth the time investment to transfer everything to the overlay manager. I have lost 2 harddrives since I switched, and if I had to reset up everything again (text files shutter), I would probably have given up on streaming.

Hello, my StreamElements Leaderboard under my channel only displays Points and nothing else even if I enable it from the extensions settings. I don't have a sub button btw, I haven't enabled it.
I have tried ticking all the options and clicking save, there is no response when I save and when I refresh all the options that I ticked disappear except the Points.

@wicked siren Actually i just noticed - you said no options save - open the dev console of chrome (f12) make sure you are on the console tab, try and change anything in the extension and when you click on save, an error should show up.

Hi I'm a small streamer and i stream on console(ps4) currently until i can afford a new computer/afford a capture card to do fancy obs things.
Lately I've noticed I'm not getting any notifications in my chat about hosts/raids/followers and i think it even missed putting a tip out for me which is very inconvenient since i am only able to see stuff on my ps4's chat or on my mobile device which i usually keep open for the lengthy messages ps4 chat just cuts off. I've stumbled upon some sort of a setback. Editting a new overlay with themes and sounds, it seems that my alert-box won't play the corresponding sound mp3. The webm, which has no sound play's perfectly fine. But the added 'sound' in the alert-options refuses to play.
Within the Sound preview box, the sound effect play's without interruption. Is this a case, where I need to change the webm to a gif-file, in order for the MP3 to play? Or is there a work-around?

if you disable your current overlay, replay the event, if you hear the audio once, then that means you have an active source somewhere else that has the overlay

so one of the videos on the youtube account had someone walking through creating an overlay and adding it to obs. in that she says to keep "Shutdown Source When Not Visible" checked. Is there any problem if it is unchecked, I dont like switching to my scene and the overlay having to load

Put the alertbox on its own overlay, on its own, and remove it from your other overlays. When adding it to each scene, you select "use existing" and use the same source for the alertbox in each one. Then you can uncheck "shutdown source when not visible" since there won't be any more worry about double sounds.

Anyone know why when you get raided, SE splits the viewers between a raid and a host? For example 91 people in a raid, but it splits in 57 (raid) and 34 (host) so essentially i have two alerts going off after each other
