Hello, I am having some issues with the bot. Just changed from streamlabs and an confused by the way timers work. I have 6 timers set at 10 minutes, with 2chat lines minimum. Now several timers seem to bunch up on top of each other. Why?

Bevause they have the same times and chat lines set
So of course they all fire at the same time when the requirements fit
So best is to give them all diffrent chat lines and or time requierments
So they don't fire all off at the same time
A timer shows up in chat in your scenario after at least 10 min has past and 2 chat lines have been delivered
So maybe you leave the chat lines but change the time requirements for each timer @lament blade

well, the overlay is a browser source, so you can select the source and move the entire thing. If you are using a standard 16:9 canvas, then the overlay should just fit properly, unless you have not added it at the correct resolution. If you want to move individual elements in the overlay, that would need to be done through the overlay editor in the SE site

- Ground Control app must be running
Steps to enable custom name
- Sign in to https://twitch.tv with the bot account
- Install and run Ground Control (!gc for download)
- Visit https://twitchapps.com/tmi/ and generate an oAUTH token
- Copy/paste everything in the box to Ground Control oAuth settings and enter the name for the bot account
- Restart Ground Control (custom name may take a few minutes to take effect)
Mac does not currently support renaming the bot.

All of those could be used but with some limitations. Since Timers can't be triggered by people the variable {$1} or {$user} wouldn't work of course

yeah, that is definitely your problem. Your upload is 4.85 Mbps, and you are trying to do 6 Mbps up. In this regard, you can try doing 720p /60 fps at 3500 bitrate, or 720p/30 fps at 2500 bitrate

essentially making it 1 browser source used in 2 scenes
Then remove all your browser sources
and add the links one by one.
Make sure you open the overlay links in your browser before hand, so that you don't mix it up

I have questions regarding this user's loyalty points settings, in the following screenshots these are ziooooooooooooooooooooooo 's points on current/all time. He recently changed from his previous name to this current one, and I've transfered the loyalty points from his old name to the new one. However he can't seem to redeem anything in my store despite have so much points? Not even a 25point item. Is there a way to fix this? He's been a lovely regular and I hate to see him feeling so frustrated with the bug.

Hey guys! I'm not sure this is a streamelements issue or not, but just in case - not seeing any autohost notifications (not seeing them in chat or in the streamelements feed)
I know twitch have removed notifications for the really small hosts, but even larger ones aren't showing up at all

Due to recent changes to Twitch API, we have filtered out hosts and will only show these ones on your activity feed:
- All manual host events (0 hosts included and if filter set to 0)
- All auto host events with at least 1 viewer
Twitch has not removed anything - they just changed stuff. ⤴ this is how we filter the changes

@velvet forge Sorry, forgot about you. If this is really a twitch issue, then we would be receiving more reports and then on twitter as well twitch saying they have an issue with auto-hosts. Since we haven't had any reports and we are not actual twitch support, then most likely your filters are set wrong or you've turned off host notifications in your alert and chat alert module for the bot.
but auto-hosts need to have at least 1 or more viewers, in order to show up from our bot as chat notification OR as an alert.

and as i said, they're not showing up in my twitch chat either

@keen raven 10 minutes of watchtime are given to those in chat when the loyalty points are handed out (every 10 minutes). Therefore, loyalty must be enabled for watchtime to work properly. There is no direct link between watchtime and all-time points. It can’t be calculated from the amount of all-time points a user has because subs may earn points at a faster rate and !bonus all command increases all-time points for users in chat at that time. Giving points to a single user does NOT affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

When ever a game is in a 100% full screens mode and you tab out of it, it minimizes
So when you add it to OBS, its a black screen until you maximize it or alt + tab back to it.

Game capture relies on openGL or DirectX, and is not compatible with all games because of this, as well as other factors like anti cheat. When game capture does not work, you need to use window or display capture

Just figured out that bitstream and the streamlabs mobile apps restrain you from using streamelements URLs, never knew a company could become so petty.

There is one simple answer for that. Just rmb on tab with streamelements dashboard and click "Mute page"
Autoplay on mediarequest dashboard has to stay as streamer can select if he/she wants to play music from that page ground control or mediashare widget on overlay

I stream on twitch using a GTX 1050 using NVENC and it works great .. no complaints .. but I'm in the planning stage for an AMD freesync pc build and I'm trying to find out if obs.live supports AMD APP for gpu encoding.

OBS does support AMD hardware encoding, this has nothing to do with our plugin, its a core OBS thing, but, that encoder is not very good as far as quality or stability.
