I made a custom command for each item in my store using the $(redeem xxx) when it was introduced... it currently all shows on my command list, I see now I can update those commands and check the Hide from Public page to make my command list page the viewer sees less cluttered and have the commands how I want them ... updating all these custom commands are a pain as I don't know which ones are public and which are not as there is nowhere in the grid where it shows if it is public or not... as this is only a yes/no field... can we get it included on the grid???

Just to point out, if someone unfollows and then follows you again it will not trigger 100% of the time

As I'm on my work PC I can't remember my 2nd account's details to try a test follow. One thing you can do is, try to replay an old event from the activity feed.

@wanton mantle @robust turtle Just to point out, if the host alert was not going through as well, then the entire alert system was going to have an issue, but in these cases if hosts and tips alerts are in the activity feed but not followers, then the issue is something else and a dev needs to look into it. For the fix for it, you may have to wait a day or two and keep track of new followers via email

5. Restart Ground Control (custom name may take a few minutes to take effect)

Im having a issue where ground control will not open. When I installed it this morning it did open the first time but not since. I have deleted the Ground control folder in %appdata% uninstalled the program deleted any residual files reinstalled it. I did the previous steps with a pc restart. The program isnt in the task manager when I double click it but the process is. Im running windows 7 64bit with 32GB ram with a intel core i7 4790K. My virus protection did not report a false positive either. Can anyone help please?

When a winning bet is picked, it is split between the people that bet for that specific tier, based on the amount that they bet. at the very minimum (assuming EVERYONE bet on the same tier) that they will get back is what they bet.

If it happened in the last hour or so, there were some issues which could have caused lost data. If you give loyalty for follows, just have the person unfollow/re-follow
