Hello, please tell me how to set up a trigger for a specific Cyrillic word, but so that it does not trigger if it occurs somewhere randomly. For example, you need a trigger for the word "how", if you add it to "Command keywords", then the command will work on any word where there is "how" included, i.e. "however", "somehow", "Howard", etc., if you add via RegEx, it still works incorrectly but there is no such problem with the Latin alphabet. Is it even possible with Cyrillic & StreamElements? Maybe somehow through RegEx codes but I'm a newbie in this 🤔

If you are not hearing your alerts and/or Media Request, you are most likely using the Control Audio via OBS option in your browser source properties.
To make sure you hear the alerts and the stream also hears them, follow along the screenshot bellow.

Hi all, I'm having some trouble getting host alerts to work. I've got alerts working for follows, subs, raids, etc. but for some reason host alerts haven't been popping up even though I've had a few people attempt to host me while streaming.

I have tried creating a variation for at least 1 viewer hosts to see if that might show any and all hosts, but that didn't work either unfortunately. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

• Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline

Follow these steps to grant managers/moderators access to your dashboard:

1. Click on your channel name at the top of the dashboard
2. Create a new invite at one of three access levels (Bot Supervisor, Editor, Full Control)

My friend had a similar issue. Log out of OBS. Head to the connections page on your Twitch profile, and disconnect OBS. Then re-login. I would wait for a mod/dev to answer; but I think thats how we fixed it

Yeah there's a difference between !commands with the S which shows a list of commands and !command without the S which is the one to add/edit commands. SO just make sure the one for the list is still set to Everyone and the one to edit/add is set to Broadcaster.

hi there, so i'm trying to add some variations to a cheer alert on an overlay. i can successfully create a new variation, and the "Updated variation" popup appears in the bottom right corner.

however, when i go to click the blue "SAVE" button in the top right corner, the "Saving..." popup in the bottom right never goes away, and the variations are NOT saved no matter how long i wait.

as a test, i tried to edit some of the settings of an existing variation, and i was successfully able to click "SAVE" - the popup in the bottom right changed to "Saved!" and then went away.

i also tried to create a new Alert Box layer and added a variation on that layer - same problem.

i also tried to create a completely new overlay and added an Alert Box to that overlay, then tried to add a variation - same problem.

Hey there. I've tried five or six times to contact support, but basically the issue is there's a MARKED delay in event reporting with the Star Trek sponsorship. The Stream Elements "event" tracker is reading over 18 people have finished the goal (to unlock the second ship), with SCORES more having downloaded the game (which I am sure makes the sponsor very happy). But the Sponsorship page itself reads 8 completed events, which is a HUGE deal because that's $180 difference in payout tier.

I also verified early in the campaign that there was a reporting delay when I visually verified five people's completed second ship on their accounts, but the page was reading two. At one point during this campaign, the ENTIRE sponsorship page was down, and I'm pretty concerned that the delay in reporting stems from that event, and I'm wondering if there are even lost data points from that occurrence.

I've sent in screenshots, I've contacted on Twitter, I have done everything with no response. I signed the contract, and you guys also signed the contract, so I'm pretty serious about the fact that time's ticking quickly towards a deadline. How do you intend to hold up your end of the contract if your sponsorship software hasn't caught up with your event-reporting software by the time the campaign ends?

Hello, I noticed that a lot of streamers have a !seen command, but trying this out on my personal installation doesn't work, as I can only use ${user.lastseen} which would relate to the user who sent the "!seen" message, and not to the first argument of the !seen command. Is there any way to solve this?

Having a problem with the TIP jar. Paypal is putting all my Tips on HOLD as the Stream elements TIP jar is listing all tips as Goods and Services. So they are holding my tips for 30 days.

It was 24 days when i started the process.

I Looked at the tip window and there is no way to change the TYPE from goods and services, so it must be something internal.

Is this intended?

If you changed your name on Twitch, please follow these steps:

1. Visit https://streamelements.com/logout and then log in again by connecting with Twitch.
2. On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select Join under bot settings. If it says Part select that and then select Join to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
3. Post your old and your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

If a viewer tipped through PayPal but no information appears in your StreamElements account, this generally means PayPal has held the tip for verification.
Until PayPal clears the tip and sends back a confirmation to your StreamElements account, no information will appear there and no alert will play, as that confirmation is the only way for us to be aware of a successful transaction.
There is a posibility that the tip may have been sent as an eCheque/eCheck - these tips can take from 7 up to 21+ days to show up on our side. Tippers can usually cancel these.
If you believe there may be an issue with the transaction, you'll need to contact PayPal support as StreamElements is only a passthrough service and never actually gets involved with the transaction or touches the money

Hey guys, I got a question about tips.

So, back when I used to use StreamLabs, the PayPal account I used was required to be a business account. Is that the same with StreamElements, or could I switch it to personal?

The reason I ask is because PayPal keeps limiting my account for stupid reasons, and it takes weeks to get it unlimited because their support is so useless. The !watchtime command is directly tied to the Loyalty system. The Loyalty system must be enabled for viewers' watchtime to count up.

Watchtime counts up every 10 minutes alongside Loyalty points, and only while the stream is live. Reruns will not be counted.

as far as I know, you can't black- or whitelist users from chatcommands!

What you could do is hide the command from public lists, give Lilly the regular or vip or higher role on streamelements set the command to that same level.

Hello everyone, I have a problem that I don't understand. And after some testing, it only does it on one of my viewers so far. The person whose nickname is Titibbom during an alert (sub, gift sub, or bits) has several different nicknames in the {name} or {sender} variable of the alert, but never the correct one. Here is an example for the bits, but the problem is on all the alerts with it. I did the test with other overlay and same thing Thank you for your help.

Channel points and Loyalty points are not the same. Two different point systems. Channel points is ran through twitch and is the one displayed on your channel. Loyalty points are gambled and earned from watching while a StreamElements accounts is linked.
