Refresh/Reconnect: Go to the StreamElements Dashboard -> Chatbot -> Click "Part Channel" then "Join Channel".
Check Mod Status: Type /mod streamelements in your Twitch chat.
Validate Syntax: Ensure you used the correct exclamation mark (!) and created the command in the Custom Commands tab.
Check Command Settings: Ensure the command is set to "Enabled" and check if it is restricted to moderators or VIPs only.
Check Cooldowns: The command might have a long cooldown preventing it from running again quickly.
Check for Conflicts: If you're using a custom bot name, ensure it is re-authorized in OBS.Live settings

According to my dashboard, the payment was scheduled for April 18, 2026. I figured the delay might be due to the weekend, but I still haven't received anything or seen an update.
Is this normal delay, or should I open a formal support ticket to get more information?

Hey all, i'm having an issue with the multistreaming - tiktok works fine, but youtube will connect to go live in the OBS dock but half of the time it doesn't actually go live (e.g can't see it live in yt)
However it shows as on and live in the multi-streaming dock.
I'm on version 32.0.4 of OBS.

It looks like the data isn't actually going through to YT. I can see in live dashboard in YT it generates a new stream key (when asked in multistream dock), but no actual data is feeding through

the workaround is to set up YT through custom RMTP instead of relying on the youtube integration - but yeah seems strange

Hey all! I've been using streamelements for years without this issue, but my wife just started streaming this month. When she set up 2FA her SE stopped updating her activity feed. I've gone as far as completely removing every trace of SE from her account, deleting her SE account and setting it back up. Still no luck. in the sponsorship overview window that tracks how many minutes you've streamed etc. to make sure you've completed all the tasks, there's a bar for "Use in-game budget". Every other tracker has updated correctly, except the in-game budget one (still at $0), which makes it look like its not updating the money you've spent in the game so far correctly. And as long as it looks like it's not working, I'm reluctant to put any more money into it. But the campaign ends in 5 days which makes it important to get it solved fast.

I'm losing my mind. My Prime alert video is 1920 and my regular subs are smaller. I've tried making two separate overlays but when I emulate Prime to test, the regular sub also plays so I tried two AlertBoxes under the main Sub one and disabled the regular subs and just had Prime and made the box 1920 and still I get both subs playing. I also have a separate Gifted Sub overlay and when I replay the Prime sub from the Activity Feed, all three of them play at once. Nothing I google is fixing this.

If you updated to 32.1.x it's not supported by SE.Live and you'll have to downgrade.

Updating OBS shouldn't delete things, but if you moved to a new computer or completely removed OBS and didn't back anything up, it's probably gone.

It's gone from my previous PC. Not the new one after a move. I was attempting to create a backup in order to move it but this just crashed OBS everytime so I updated both OBS and SE Live in the hopes of fixing it. (For clarity, I am using the old PC in a dual PC setup so I still have access to it and my original OBS setup)

Hello guys, I'm kinda out of ideas so I'm asking for help here to see if someone had or has a similar issue.

For 3 days I've been having an **issues with alert events **with streamelements. All my alerts related to events such as follows, subs, raids, bits, etc are not working anymore. Not during live stream and not even when I'm editing the widget and emulate an event. Nothing happens except I see the emulation in my activity feed in OBS.

This is everything I tried but did not work :

Not coming from navigator : I changed navigator (Edge, Chrome, Firefox) & tried in private navigation & Cleared all cache and cookies & No VPN
Not coming from OBS : I tried with OBS open / closed
Not coming from PC : Tried on mobile
Not coming from Widgets : I tried with multiple alert widget, and generic free streamelements widgets (such as the Knockout Animated Alerts). I tried the same widget (Knockout Animated Alerts) on a friend account and it's working fine

I also did :

• Deconnect / reconnect to streamelements
• Deconnect streamelements from my twitch channel and reconnect it

What's working :

• Chat widget is working fine and has no issue

I don't know what to do I can't use alerts anymore with streamelements, and I have a subathon starting tomorrow so I'm pretty desperate aha, thanks for any help !

I downloaded and installed Doomsday on my mobile phone and played it.
Then I discovered I could play on my PC by installing "Google Play Games" from the Google Play Store and it's the same exact game I was playing on my mobile. Everything in-game is the same. But when I leveled my HQ to level 7, it didn't count for the streamer.

To stream to TikTok from obs you need a stream key. TikTok only give out stream keys for people with 1000+ follows or are a part of an agency that can provide them with the stream key.

Until you meet either of those requirements you need to use TikTok Live Studio to go live

Hey, I fixed it by disconecting the streamelements bot from "conections" on twitchs page, log out of streamelements and also obs, then I logged in again, clicked the join button on streamelements page, started a live and on streamelements page on dashboard where the feed Activity is, I clicked pause then play, and the bell two times, then it started working again !! Thanks, but I set up the streamelements connection before my first stream..
There's no live data, when someone follows nothing happens on any of my overlays, even with the default follow widget, and the session data always returns a 0 or null (depending on the property)

I refreshed the backend connections, logout from the website again and log back in. It should start working on the next stream.

Hi, I’m having issues with StreamElements alerts not working.

I already tried multiple fixes:

• reconnected my account
• disconnected and connected again
• tested with a completely new account (follow test)
• recreated the OBS browser source
• made sure the bot has mod (removed and added again)

The alerts still don’t show up in OBS or on stream.

I also tried installing OBS.Live to fix it, but OBS freezes on startup with the plugin, so I can’t use it.

Does anyone know what else I can try?

My activity feed for whatever reason will pick-up everything but follows. I've tried literally everything that's recommended and had no luck whatsoever. None of the tickets I sent got a response so I've come here to try my luck. Because of this I can't show recent follow or latest follows on stream.

It used to work once upon a time and then just stopped working.

I'm not sure if sound alerts being connected to my follow notifications caused the issue as I think when I finally set up sound alerts this issue started but I think i also hit affiliate around then too so hard to know. But had this issue for almost a month

Hi everyone! I'm having an issue where my Activity Feed is completely stuck. It doesn't show any new follows or events on the website or in OBS.
Interestingly, the Chat Bot works fine (timers and join messages are active), and Emulated alerts show up perfectly. I've already tried a full reconnect, refreshing tokens, and clearing cache, but nothing helped.

using just "output" sometimes works. If "monitor and output" doesn't work, it's either an OBS issue, or whatever software you're using to manage your audio isn't routing OBS output to whatever you're using to listen.

I have been reading back in this channel a bit and I can see that I am not the only one. There seems to be a lot of people waiting on a response for any of their support tickets.

I do understand that working of tickets can take some time and that there is a queue. However they also state that they will respond within 7 business days.

It has been far longer than that for me, and as far as I can tell other people in this channel too.

It also is not helping that their misconfigured AI lvl1 support bot is not working correctly. It triggered on my request, asking for more screenshots about the issue, then immediately closed the ticket as solved. Hence I had to open up a follow up ticket, that now also is living in Limbo.

Not getting any answer at all within the limits they set them selves is unprofessional.

So devs and support at streamelements could you please do better? Because this is getting infuriating.

Hi, i have an created an overlay for alerts, which is set at 1080p. However in obs, the text appears in the wrong place, any idea why? I thought the streamelements editor is supposed to show the real size of the screen?

To add your overlays to OBS, add a new browser source in your scene. Paste your overlay URL in the browser source properties, set the dimensions to 1920x1080 (unless you changed them on the website) and check Shutdown source when not visible and Refresh browser when scene becomes active, as shown in this GIF: https://imgur.com/a/2JhJD0S

Is it possible to have the username and message fonts be different? 2. Is it possible to add a custom spacer between the username and message e.g (name) .......... (message), and 3. If 2 isn't possible, is there a way to have an underline under every message, or an underline separating the username and message, with the line going beyond the username?

That's also a twitch thing, the lurk command doesn't actually do anything except get a text response from the bot.
