Same issue over here, since yesterday its showing that my access was revoked or denied, my account has not restrictions and I have access to live on my phone and on the Live Studio app, if I click on re-apply it shows that the request will be reviewed in 1 business day and after a couple of minutes it shows denied or revoked again

Aitum multistream plugin. The access to tiktok will require a bit of a setup, but it had been stable before I decided to test SE plugin. Needless to say, I'm going back to Aitum, too many headaches with the live access throu SE live.

Hi Dolly, me and many ther have been reporting this. I created a ticket and after demonstrating that my live access with tiktok is in good standing and that I can go live normally outside of StreamElements, they now claim that the access to live is granted by TikTok per app you link to your account, which is not documented anywhere in SE website not on tiktok side. Since @fallow herald is not getting ahead of this after at least a couple of weeks of users reporting this is an issue, I'm going back to Aitum Multistreaming plugin.

The updated plugin does not work, update the OBS to the latest version to be able to use the BETA version plugin to be able to use the encoders part but when using it it does not even send a signal to the TikTok live or it simply looks all gray. I just downloaded SE live to do multistreaming. In my multistream dock I have 2 twitch ones....the first one cannot be toggled on, when I hover over it, it provides that little pop up. If you logged into Twitch within OBS, activate SE Live, and they will be merged when you start streaming.

It appears like this because one is the OBS settings and the other is the Twitch multistream, when you start live it detects you and they are unified.

I had another strange issue start recently, where the vertical canvas outputs are duplicating... sometimes just re-opening OBS made it reset to just one, other times not. It seems to be permanent now. If I remove one, it removes both and I have to re-add it from scratch. Anyone else had this issue?

Hey guys, I have the following problem: StreamElements doesn’t detect when I go live. For my friend, the logo in the top right of SE pulses red when he’s live, but for me, it doesn’t. This is apparently one of the few stable features.
Schedule your livestream as normal inside youtube.
When you ready to go live GOTO Manage Broadcast. Your scheduled stream will be there. Once you go live in OBS you will also need to go into Youtube to click "Go LIve" as well. Disregard the multiple instances of Youtube outputs in SE Multi-streaming dock, it's just bad ui. Hope this helps

The default setting on YT is "private" which means if they don't actively change their settings AND they sub, the stream elements alert won't activate.

Support just told me that SELive requires OBS version 31.0.1 to work, and that the installer will get that version.

My command was named !sr too.

There's a big issue I just noticed, Stream elements currently with its own canvas, only 1 and the multistream dock open are ramping up hardware usage and degrading performance of everythign else, it didn't happen before, but right now the only steps that could make it usable is turning those docks off, so multistreaming right now is not usable for me at all

Right now I've ended up uninstalling it so that I can at least stream to twitch. But I usually have everything set up, and everything have been working perfectly up until yesterday. OBS starts freezing and task manager shows that the streamelements plugin is using 98% of my memory😅

Any else hearing an echo on alerts when they sound? All my SE alerts have an echo on them which I can only assume they are being played twice. I've made no changes from when I streamed last other than change the wording or something unrelated to alerts.

I normally use GC when streaming and it was echoing. so after stream opened a browser (closed GC) and tested there, still the same (muted the audio in editor). It's almost like it's gone off twice but half a second apart. Closed everything, restarted PC, still the same.
I'm trying to figure out if it's a SE thing, a SL Desktop thing or a leak in audio on PC somehow but nothing has changed since the last stream when all was ok. Been using the SE & SL desktop combo for 4 years so used to figuring things out but this one has me baffled.

I did try that as well. Interestingly, I've just added the same browser source (copied from SL desktop) into OBS (I use that for youtube just don't have alerts) and the audio sounded absolutely fine. It's more than likely, SL desktop is scuffing things as it works perfect in both OBS and when tested on the SE website within the editor.

Hi I think I'm having the same issue, is OBS freezing and stuttering before you even start stream? I keep getting the "not responding" grey box when trying to setup the multi-stream and my audio mixer is also stuttering all over the place. On task manager, OBS is also up to 51GB of memory being used. If anyone comes across a solution, that would be great because I have absolutely no idea what the cause is and I guess for now we can try rolling back an update for SE.Live?

How much memory is OBS regularly supposed to use on task manager? I've never taken a look at it so I'm not sure if what I'm seeing is normal or not. When I open OBS it's at about 12GB and it gradually goes up all the way to 51GB just by being open

Hello! I'm looking for some help with the Kappagen Overlay Widget

Use Case Example:

Team A on left of screen, Team B on Right, Team A's emotes when used in chat (or a text key like #teamA) should show up in the Team A area, and team B's on the Left.

Current issue:

I can't seem to make the kappagen feature trigger on only a single item. I can create a Custom Emote with the #teamA trigger, but it still shows any emote used in chat. What am I missing?

has anyone had much success with getting the youtube multistream setup? i don't know what the issue is with mine. i keep on connecting it via streamelements and I always get an error about how it "failed" because it won't connect to the API. So I just saw your question and I would suggest completely unlinking your YouTube account from your stream elements account, not just disconnecting it from OBS. To do this you want to go to stream elements website and click on your profile picture in the top right —> click dashboard —> profile picture again —> channel setting and then unlink your YouTube, do this while OBS is closed, this should completely remove it from OBS multi stream when you open OBS the next time. Then, go through the process of readding it

Oh yay, someone else got outed on-stream against both their will and the streamer's will tonight, because StreamElements absolutely refuses to fix the bug where they put the wrong name in the activity feed when someone tries to specify an alternate name with a tip. I don't know why they refuse to fix this, but y'all, be aware. It was a minor irritant in this case, but in other situations it could get real people actually hurt in the real world.

• Is there a way to upload/copy paste a list of banned words to SE? From what I can see, I can only ban words 1 by 1, and with a list of 2000+ banned words, I'll be here forever.
• When updating the ban word list, can that also be added to the YT chatbot? as for now, I would have to add ban words to both channels seperately, which considering it'll take a serious amount of time for one platform, doing 2 is not ideal!

No, it's not needed if you're using SE.Live. Just curious as a lot of creators I've talked to seemed to have tha tplugin installed when they installed SE.Live, which will conflict and can cause issues.

You may want to check: C:\ProgramData\obs-studio\plugins

If you see obs-multi-rtmp folder in there, I'd delete it then see if you have better results.

No sir I haven't added anything new - edited all my scenes in streamelements editor before adding them to OBS

I'm having this exact issue. Was streaming to Twitch and YT with SE.live for a few months without issue and suddenly SE.live is eating memory rapidly, up to 12 gb (I only have 16) causing my pc and obs to freeze up. I have had to uninstall SE.live since it was just impossible to do anything. I checked some reddit thread, dunno if they're on to something but they all seemed to use AMD, I have that as well, might be unrelated though. would love to learn more on how to fix it

Technically, plugins for SE.Live since you only have one, it should only show obs-streamelements-core

I'm on SE.Live beta and I'm not seeing any of the high ram issues others are.

monday stream I felt really framey performance during stream, twitch and YT, was a WoW stream, tried tunring off addons in game, closed all my tabs, all that, didn't work, tuesday tried to start a Trackmania stream, obs just out of control with ram, had to turn se.live off, within seconds it went from 1, 2, 5, 8, 12 gb

had to uninstall se.live, then I could stream, but of course, no multistream, so that was meh

Hi, this is the first time I'm using SE Live. I know that it's for multistreaming, but I wanted to use it just for streaming on TikTok because I don't like how TikTok Studio works. However, I have a few problems: when I stream on TikTok, my horizontal display isn't working, and only the vertical display is working. Also, the gift alert (the alert that appears when people send you gifts) isn't working either

Yes, it will work, but you will have to remove the @ in front of the KICK name. I was looking for a way to have that stripped off automatically. I did find that the variable $(user.name) will do it correctly on Twitch, but not on KICK. On KICK, it is doing the same thing as $(user) and $(source)

I am in process of setting up the SE Live Multi Streaming. When I connected one of my Youtube accounts, it created 2 of them, instead of just 1. There is a delete option but it is like greyed out and you cannot select it. Anyone have any idea on how I can delete the second 1?

Unfortunately not. Youtube is not helpful. Google only has the logical method, which is to click the 3 dots and hit delete, but does no good when you can not access it.

I tried the live help option from StreamElements in OBS, but it brings me to this discord, but the support ticket channel it directs me, tells me I do not have permission to post, so IDK lol

i had it set to 9k bitrate

but i feel like streaming on kick doesnt work without rescale output set to 1080p

while my OBS is also on 1080p

If your canvas is 1080p and you're streaming 1080p, no need to rescale output

Rescaling would apply if your canvas is say 4k, but you want to output to 1080p, then you'd rescale to 1080p

For TikTok you gotta hit the plus button on the left, also there is two YouTube stream intentionally so that you can have one for vertical streaming to YouTube shorts, and one for horizontal to your main feed

I was wondering. Does anyone know how to set up individual-specific counters? I’ve seen other streamers do it, but can’t remember if it was through stream elements. I’m trying to make it so when someone joins the stream, they can send something like !checkin and it’ll count that individuals number of check ins with the stream. I hope this makes sense.
