The more you stream to, the more transcoding your system is doing, hence the more resources being used.

The issue is that when i add one game capture vertically, when i add game capture for the same game horizontally game is not shown at all. It only does show on the vertical. In atrium multistreaming it was easy because i was able to copy capture from horizontal to vertical but here it needs to create two separate captures. What can i do?

I wanted to know if other streamers have had issues with StreamElements' sponsorship campaigns. I recently participated in the Star Trek OP, followed all the conditions, but some objectives were not counted.

So I tried reaching out to support (emails, Twitter, Discord), but got no response. My ticket on Discord was even deleted. Finally, at the end of the OP, I got an email saying I violated the terms and conditions—but I read everything carefully multiple times, and I followed all the rules.

I’ve seen that I’m not the only one experiencing this. A lot of streamers on the StreamElements Discord are reporting the same issue, some even on the same OP as me.

Basically, they cancel your OP, block you, but don’t refund the money you and your community spent.

Has anyone else had the same problem? And if so, did you get any response or solution?

If you're using firefox or a similar browser, firefox seems to be missing some special sauce that tiktok needs. temporarily set edge (or whatever flavor of chromium you have installed as a second browser) as your default browser and try reconnecting it. solved it for me 🤷

Never mind, I've fixed this issue. Turns out Streamelements just doesn't like the Brave browser. Switched to Google as a default browser, connected SE to Twitch, switched back to Brave as default browser. Seems like it worked.

And the other half doesnt want to activate.

Thanks for the reply, I've tried that. I reset my twitch stream key and copied it over to obs. Its still doing the same thing. To explain, I've tested with two separate custom chat box overlays and neither show twitch chat messages in the OBS scene, only test messages from the overlay editor. Hello-- I'm having issues with some simple overlays i made for a "recent follower" and a follower goal. I streamed last night and they never changed. When I emulate a follower event, the latest follower seems to think it SHOULD change but it doesn't actually. I attached an image of the follower goal overlay and it didn't change even though I made it to 5 followers. If anyone has any advice I'd really appreciate it.

You have to make a ticket using *!ticket then add a short explanation like "There is no option to change my chat bot's name". They have to activate it for your account.

Go to your Settings > Stream

I suggest you Login via Account because that is easier and faster. Using a StreamKey is okay but sometimes it could bug out and you'll have to copy the Stream Key again.

Also, if you are using StreamElements. It is best to make sure that your Twitch and StreamElements are both connected. That's just me assuming you haven't.

I believe your authentication issue might be just a permission issue. SE needs permission to use your Twitch through OBS

Yes I see connect but the rollover for disconnect is tied to the account being viable and being connected, since the account isn't viable for livestreaming it never fully connects to get the rollover. I also cannot connect a net new tiktok either because it automaticaly tries to connect to the first one.

The age of a channel doesn't designate it to allow live streaming. Y ou may need to look up the requirements. I had to meet a certain threshold, I don't remember what it was, before I was allowed to go live.

It's to prevent people from creating new channels just to spam live streams.

THat's one of my biggets 'grips' with youtube is that there's no easy way to set a 'default' information configuration easily.

One thing I'd like to see are the rest of the 'options' you see in STudio when you schedule stream show up in the multi-stream configuration. including thumbnails... THAT would be killer. However, I'm not sure if the Youtube API presents those options or not.

but again, the multi-stream stuff is new new and I'm sure clean up and new features are coming. SO FAR, it's the easiest multi-stream plugin I've ever used.

BUG: SE Activity Feed in OBS. I am unable to replay any alerts via the "Replay Activity". (The Replay button was way better, having to go into the sub menu is an extra step, please bring the replay icon back)

Steps I have taken:

1. Checked I was on the latest version. "No Software Update Available"

Benny, using streamelements for alerts, you really don't need the plugin if you don't need th eother features. You setup the alerts in streamelements.com dashboard, and then you load the URL it provides you into OBS as a URL Source.

I've been having issue using an element. I'll start setting up follow/sub alerts, and everything is working fine, and then I can no longer emulate events. I took a look in console on the element page, and it seems there's a "refused to load script" section. I'm sorry, I'm very out of the loop on this stuff, but has anyone else had similar issues?

Hey guys, having a problem with added delay. When I stream to my primary source, it has my 5 minute delay. When I add a secondary source (in this case YouTube) It streams with no delay.

I tried streaming it flipped YouTube Primary twitch secondary, and twitch was live YouTube had no delay.

FINAL EDIT ---> I resolved the problem. The problem was using Brave browser. After I switched into Google Chrome and turned off the uBlock extension, it worked immediately 👏 💯 ❤️ ---> NO HELP NEEDED!

hey guys if ur alerts are ever flashing and disappearing / grayed out make sure to check the audio because apparently streamelements can randomly break it, causing EVERY custom alert to instantly crash when activated. To fix just delete the audio from the alert and re upload it. Looked through this discord and it didnt look like other people experiencing the same issue ever found their answer so i guess ill be the helpdesk

Better to show the problem rather than trying to explain it. These alerts weren't changed, they just stopped showing, but when I emulate it it shows in activities, what's going on, is StreamElements having server problems or was there a update that happened on Tuesday that broke everything, this issue even persists on a new overlay with default alerts

btw if you have problems with the activity feed and the alerts that are not triggered they need to refresh your account, just open a ticket. They did the same for me cause i wasn't receiving any kind of alerts

Bitrate per platform isn't a feature yet. It's on their roadmap I believe. It'll base the bitrate off of your Primary Output that's configured in OBS Studio

I will say this: I've tried a lot of different plugins for multistreaming. Even with some of the irritations SE.Live has. It is by far the easiest to manage imho.

Ya it is the easiest tried aitum it does it's job jsut higher learning curve, most thing in SE.Live is intuitive and it needs now is being able to set the bitrate for the different outputs and it's perfect

When going live on YouTube, SE multi stream automatically makes YouTube the default output. When going live on Kick, I have to make Kick the main stream in the main settings in OBS. Will the latest Kick / SE integration fix that?
