There was a slight misunderstanding with that last statement.

The hamburger menu was the legacy feed and not in the new one that you'd usually see now.

Unfortunately the setting so "per browser" which the SE.Live one and custom dock are 2 different things.

@wooden knot It's popping up in the Multi-stream dock where normally you'd have all the canvas settings for each streaming platform.

Tried to log out of SE.Live and back in, does the same thing. Seems if I login to SE.Live using Twitch it comes up, but under Youtube, it produces that error. Just making sure I didn' tmess something up.

Hit the gear icon and then under outputs try disconnecting and then reconnecting YouTube. Or his the plus sign and hit YouTube again and try to see if it will reauthorize your YouTube account to where you can try to delete the old connection

Strange, if I loginto SE.Live in OBS Studio with Youtube, I get that error and cannot edit the outputs. Login to SE.Live with Twitch; works. Flip back to logging in with YouTube and that error pops up again. I'll keep digging.

Click the widget source in the layer list and with that highlighted click the 2 boxes on too of another.

It'll give you the option to duplicate to another overlay.

Figured it out, kinda just uninstalled and reinstalled SE.live then OBS updated to newest version. Though it says my TikTok account is ineligible for some reason, it still works. However TikTok integration is TERRIBLE. Not able to see myself live on TikTok from another device but I was still live and receiving viewers…so weird

Make sure your output is using the Vertical canvas and not the default... If you are successfully streaming but in horizontal it's most likely that

I've got the vertical canvas set up and everything. The output for YouTube is also linked on the vertical canvas output. It just doesn't show up in the shorts feed. It'll show on my page as vertical but it doesn't show it going to the shorts feed as a traffic source

That's nothing to do with the plug in then, that's just YouTube not recommending the stream

I used to use restream but in the attempt of using the se.live multistream, i switch the obs stream account to my twitch. Ive logged out and back in as well and still not seeing the option. In OBS, go to streamelements tab in the top right bar, the drop down to SE.Live Docks and the StreamElements Multi-Straming dock should be an option

Yeah it seems to be capped within the plugin, my guess is by setting the resolution to 1080x1920 its using the minimum bitrate to generate 1080p rather than using the bitrate we've set within our OBS settings... I could be wrong though

Bitrate is currently set by the canvas settings. However, we allow you to set different canvas resolutions (including vertical for platforms like TikTok/Instagram). You can also select different encoders for each canvas, which can help split the hardware usage between the CPU and GPU.

I connected youtube and it worked just fine. I did the process for connecting Kick and when I went live it double checked on kick and it was not live. So I honestly have no idea what happened.

To add your overlays to OBS, add a new browser source in your scene. If you don't do any prep work ahead of time, it will just create a new stream key etc. However, what I do is go into studio and do a Scheduled Stream. Then when you go live, it'll prompt you with some information for title etc, then I select the specific 'key' I want it to use.

What I do, run Twitch as my Primary, then schedule my Youtube horizontal with it's own key and vertical with it's own key. Then set it all up when I start the stream.

The only test I need to figure out... I don't think SE.Live is fully trigger 'stop stream' to the Multis... but again I need to fully test that. I used to disable 'enable auto stop' on YT because my old carrier lost internet a LOT at just the worst times

Is there a known issue with rendering going on? I can stream just fine with low to no dropped frames due to rendering via OBS without this plugin but with the plugin installed my FPS drops due to rendering by 14-15% consistently and is causing lag in my window even when I’m not streaming. It used to be impossible, the only way to unlink was to delete your streamelements account and all linked accounts. So ALL of your bot commands, overlays, merch, etc. for all platforms would be gone.

It may not be possible to remove it, but you'll need a ticket since the platform is gone now

That's what I do. I do the scheduled stream ahead of time, setup the way I want. When I go to stream, the settings pop up and I select the scheduled stream.

From 1080x1920(vertical) to 1920x1080(horizontal) and as youd expect, switching from these two rearrange my sources and I have to put them back everytime. Hello there. I need some help with the bot on YouTube specifically.
I migrated from Twitch to YouTube, I added the bot to YouTube channel, edited the commands like "!discord" and added my custom alerts. But when I try to use on my channel, it just don't work. The subscriber alert don't pop-up and my commands just don't work.

I need help. I haven't used obs in a few months. I launched OBS and I have the SE plugin installed so it asked to update and I clicked yes. It updated and now it's just a white screen. I thought I needed to re-login to fix this so I pressed logout under StreamElements and then I tried to press login and it just flickers to black for one second and then back to white. Got a question that may or may not have already been answered so here it goes. With the MultiStream plugin and the ability to have multiple canvases, can one go live on TikTok and have both a vertical AND horizontal canvas stream at the SAME TIME similar to the option that TikTok Live Studio has, giving the viewer the option to view one or the other? I tried this with a combo of multiRTMP and Aitum Vertical plugins in a separate OBS installation with my TikTok stream Key and it didnt work.

Kick currently only has the streaming feature. There are no alerts or chat.

You should be able to add a second canvas to SE.Live and change it to be vertical.

I don't have TikTok so I won't be able to test it.

thats not my question i knew about the multiple canvases, I was just asking if someone could stream both a vertical and horizontal canvas to tiktok at the same time like it works in TikTok Live Studio. Not a must have, but would be nice

i might try and give it a shot, cause when u set up the multi stream for tiktok in the plugin like you would any of the other platforms, it only lets you tie it to one canvas (the other platforms like twitch, trovo, Kick only let u use horizontal canvases, u cant even see the vertical ones if im not mistaken) . The only exception to that I saw was Youtube, where it give you the option to do either one. I know for a fact you can do both with YT it just sets them up as separate stream outputs, one vert and one horizontal.

I have issue on multi stream. When streaming on twitch and tiktok, se.live is showing my stream set up on tiktok live studio instead of what I have on obs. Tiktok live studio is not even open. Anyone encountered the same issue?

Why can't I connect to Tiktok? In the lower right, it seems to show that TT is turned on for multistreaming, but under Settings, when I try to connect to TT, nothing happens when I click on the Connect button.

under SE live versions which version have you got selected?

When you select the canvas you can selec the audio if you are wanting it the OBS default or a different channel. This will be very applicable if you are using advance settings in OBS for audio splitting, like sending no music to twitch vods for example

Stand to be corrected, but you need input stream title and catergory for the option I think. Also you only have tiktok, I think you need another source, could be wrong, but you may find the tiktok one is trying to find the base settings which have not been setup.

Has anyone figured out how to remove a channel that has been added to the multi panel. I did not realise but I added like 4 extra youtube points and now I can not get to the delete button it is grey'ed out

when you select connect it should open browser window trying to connect to tiktok, then you need to log in or scan qr code from your tiktok app on your phone

Hello everyone, my Alerts i created in "Elements"-Editor just stopped working and idk why. When i emulate them it works fine, but when a follow, etc. actually happens nothing is shown. noobly question. ive got SE working just fine on most parts, but swapped up some scenes and added twitch chat. the url works fine (saved/copy pasted the Url to new window, and opened in new window as a s&g's). the (web)source is ordered to the top so nothing should be blocking it... yet... just a blank box

Anyone know how to solve when attempting to start a multi stream it shows 2 youtube channels and a twitch when I only have one youtube channel connected? I also turned off my youtube channels and just have my twitch channel turned on and even then it still shows my twitch and a youtube channel.

I just had this issue and for some, I dont know how or why it fixed itself. Try switching the the twitch output as your primary, might help
