Do Stream Elements integrations work with Restream.io? I'm doing a test stream right now and I'm not getting any alerts, my labels aren't updating, and the bot won't respond to any commands. Is there a workaround for this?

Only some bot commands work, and the ones that do work give me totally wrong information. I just had 2 people subscribe and my label never got updated, nor did they show up on the SE dashboard.
The only thing that got detected correctly was the tipping alert (which also showed up in the SE dashboard).
The label seems to work when I emulate it

@limpid bluff Hey, I got everything sorted out regarding my labels and alerts. It was all on YouTube's end. The accounts I used to test the "latest subscription" labels were set to have private subscriptions by default. Once I changed those, I tried it again and it worked. It does take a bit for the subscriptions to go through, but they do eventually find their way into SE's activity feed and onto my labels. Thank you so much for the assistance! 💙
The only other issue I have yet to resolve, is regarding my inability to set the SE activity feed as a custom browser dock in OBS. This is what it looks like when I try to add it:

I've tried closing OBS and re-opening it, that does nothing. It's not gonna make it or break it for me, but it would be really nice to have this information available within OBS. If anyone knows a fix for this, I'd really appreciate it. Otherwise I'll submit a ticket.

If you're doing custom browser docks I believe you can only use one at a time as when you log in to Twitch it will log you out of YouTube.

So according to the response I got from the ticket I submitted, it looks like StreamElements purposefully blocks the ability to use the feed as a custom browser dock so that you’re forced incentivized to use their SE.Live plug-in. That would be fine if SE.Live wasn’t a piece of crap that crashes OBS whenever I try to insert a png. So in conclusion… it’s simply not possible.

Huh. So I'm playing with the SE subathon timer widget... is it intended that for cheers and such, that the on-screen element that says how much time got added... is supposed to show a static value, rather than a value calculated by the actual tip?
e.g. if I have it set to add 2:30 per 500bits (so 30 seconds per 100 bits), and I cheer, say, 5 bits... The text that's added still says +150 sec, even though it should really be far far far less than that (and what gets actually added is far far far less than that).
If that number doesn't get adjusted for the actual cheer/donation/whatever, it seems silly to have it at all, since other than subs, the number is almost guaranteed to be completely incorrect.
What'm I missing?

Could this be a Java or html problem? Or what code is used to display the normal Emotes? And why does it only affect the "normal" Emotes, but not the Twitch ones?

Either go to the command on the StreamElements Dashboard and change the level to Moderator.
Or the broadcaster/supermod can type the below in chat which will change the level of the command to be usable by all mods.
!cmd options setgame -level 500
By default the command is supermoderator/broadcaster only.
Also make sure the StreamElements bot is set as an Editor for the channel within Twitch to have the perms to set the game.

Hello, I have no idea where to write and how to get help from you guys. I’ve participated in three sponsorships and this one gives me many problems – Call of Dragons with StreamElements. I’ve made three attempts to talk it out with your Sponsorship support and still didn’t get help. Your team recognized, correctly, that 17 viewers took part in that sponsorship. From those 17 people that participated four stopped “counting” to higher goals. I can even give you full list of people from goal “City Hall Level 11” and “City Hall Level 13” (it’s same group, I have nickname and IDs). All other goals are allright – 17 people downloaded the game, played it, met your requirements to be “valid participant” but are missing from further goals. I have no idea what to do, I've hit a wall with sponsorship helpdesk.

Looking for some help setting up some Alerts / Command redeems.
I made a !lurk command with a store redemption and have the response as $(redeem lurk), tested this out and everything works as it should.
Went to make a different command doing the same steps - created a new loyalty store item, created the command the same way and an overlay for it, but when I go to use the new command it redeems that command and the lurk command - and now the !lurk command redeems both as well - How do I fix this so the command is only redeeming the 1 item assigned?

Is there a way to customize the amount when doing a raffle? The streamer I mod for cannot figure it out, and we're only able to do a raffle for 6000 points maximum. Given that the raffle is just a fun little side game to do, we'd like to be able to raffle larger amounts of points if we so choose.

You can raise the max raffle amount to max 100k within the Raffle module on Stream Elements (as well as editing the responses).
To have a custom raffle amount just post in chat the amount after the command e.g.:

If you mean the response of the command, you can use ${channel} instead of your channel name. After that, it will always be updated with your username.
But if you want a way to change all commands at once, there isn't any way for that. You have to do it manually

Hello. I am having an issue with my alert overlays. I am using a mov with alpha transparency converted to a webm file. However for a brief moment before the alert plays, there's a black box, and after the alert has finished playing, there is another black box which remains for a VERY long time, much longer than the actual file itself and the alert duration. TikTok probably blocks the OBS virtual camera. Some websites and programs don't allow the virtual camera. If that'd be the case, you'd have to buy/use another software that also creates a virtual camera

@proud galleon I saw this as part of the bigger FourthWall video! I found out that the current alerts I had didn't do anything about merch purchases when I tried testing with the Alert Box I already had going, but if I made a separate Merch Alert, that one would trigger with the Emulate option.

If you don't have a command for it yet, here's an example

So following up on my own question at #community-helpdesk message ... I'm pretty sure this is unintentional, and is a bug, It looks like SE is somehow using the wrong name in the wrong places. This appears to be recent, and I'm mentioning here because it seems like there's the potential for bad things to accidentally happen.
The short summary is, if on the tips page a logged-in user specifies an alternate name to use:
- alerts will show the alternate name (correct)
- the info provided in the websocket info feed will show the alternate name (correct)
- the activity feed page (i.e. what mods have access to and what most streamers do their shout outs from) will show the logged in username, not the alternate name, with no indication that an alternate username was even used (incorrect)
- the revenue history page (generally for streamers' eyes only) shows the alternate name, not the logged in username (probably incorrect)
One streamer I work with has accidentally shouted out the name attached to "Anonymous" tips multiple times over the last few days because of this (because there's literally no way to know the user specified an alternate name without reading the actual alerts when they're shown on stream), so be aware. Support ticket has been opened.

i got it back... when i went to the Menu > StreamElements→Import...
it prompted me to log in, after which i clicked done (didn't need to import anything) and the docks including activity feed started working again.
@proud galleon I imagine the problem is for whatever reason, SE.Live isn't prompting the user to log into stream elements at first launch. maybe because of existing application data prior to the install or due to a bug
once i'm signed in, it's fine
but there is no way to check for logged in status or to manually trigger a login, except for when i clicked import from the streamelements menu

i think you would have to make a custom command where for example !duo and the output would just be a Text that you preset...
this would have to be changed every time if you have a new duo though

im looking for a bit of help fine tuning a command. It's a countdown command using the time variables from SE that shows how many days are left until X event. For example this is for christmas:

This outputs the number of months, days and hours in MDT

if you go to the cog wheel by the raid button it shows you the custom raid message. It has the option to add a custom raid message where you can set an amount, I don't know if that amount relates to how many people are raiding or something else, you would have to try it out and see.
If you want a custom alert to happen for a specific amount of people raiding then that would most likely have to be something you would use macros for that you would have to trigger, either doing it manually or with a stream deck to help automate it. OR you might have to make a custom overlay for the raid with variations

Needed to look for a moment but subgoal simply returns the raw number as is.
This is both the sub and tip goal respectively.
