Hey, anyone know how long it takes for the funds for my previous merch purchases (before the Fourthwall switch) to actually get transferred? My alerts are not working live. They work if I do a test event, my browser source is fine, everything was working good up until i got an Affiliate. I got several new followers today and my alerts didn't work even once. I did add an extension on my Twitch, called Pando, it also kinda notifies about new chatters, followers etc - but I didn't see any warnings about any conflict with stream elements.
Does anyone know what is the issue?
Also, my feed is slightly outdated, but I assume it takes time to update - but I got, for example, 2 paid subscriptions, and my SE feed has no information on that, nor the newest followers - while Twitch feed displays them.
It feels like my SE is somehow out of sync, even if i re-authorized it.

When you get affiliate, or partner, SE has to update things on the backend, sometimes it takes a little time.

I have been using streamelements lately to edit and create custom alerts for followers, subscribers, etc.

However, Subscribers do not show in the activity feed on streamelements. This means that, whenever someone subscribes, they do not get an alert on the stream, but followers, donators, etc do!

The !watchtime command is directly tied to the Loyalty system. The Loyalty system must be enabled for viewers' watchtime to count up.
To enable Loyalty, please go to the Loyalty section of your account: https://streamelements.com/dashboard/loyalty
Watchtime counts up every 10 minutes alongside Loyalty points, and only while the stream is live. Reruns will not be counted.
Please note that watchtime is not tracked by Twitch and there is no way to retroactively apply past watchtime to viewers.

I just recorded for 4hrs and when I went to edit the video: there was no audio. the .mkv file is 23gb
a second recording I also did which is 1hr 40mins and 11gb also has no audio

My audio tracks are set up fine(worked for the last 20 recordings), and the sources were not muted (when they weren't supposed to be) image 1:

Can I mirror the camera somehow? I use 2 instances of OBS to stream in different resolution

to make a long story short: i first reset the wigdet data in the activity feed as well as in the widget data.

but now i have the problem that no more names are displayed in the fields followers and latest subsriber.

Clearing and refreshing the cache and restarting OBS does nothing.
even with a new label this information is not loaded.

how can i ensure that streamelements re-reads this data from twitch
because the information is still displayed in the activity feed, which means that it has not been deleted from twitch.

at widget data, everything is empty, I could restore it manually, but how do I make it work again automatically.

When you reset the session, all session data is erased and can not be recovered. Your total data remains. When data does not update, we adjust things and then new data will show up again. Any past events can not be recovered.

Hi, I have a few variations setup for subscriptions.
One is for resubscriptions which is working fine.
Another is for exactly 2 community gifts which used to work fine.
There are a few more for 3,4, and at least 5 subs etc, so depending on the amount of gifted subs it would be different, and has always worked fine.

Suddenly we have an issue where if I gift two subs, it will trigger the resubscriber alert twice, and is not using the one setup for 2 community gifts.

@charred acorn unfortunately for a few reasons this doesn't exist:

Their API sucks ass and makes "testing" custom widgets nearly (if not outright) impossible for us/other parties.
Documentation/restrictions on their side lower the reliability and response times after events occur making it more of a pain to even work with.

Short answer: No such thing exsists for YouTube side of us.

I've tipped to a streamer an hour ago and they've still not received the event about it. I don't personally care (I know they received the money), but I do know this has been happening for a couple days now, for multiple tippers in multiple channels.

Help ok I created a scene and wanted to use it, with modifications as a another scene. So I copied it..then I modified it. But when I modify it and paste the source URL in my OBS it's showing the scene from the original one I copied. Is there a way to generate a NEW url without messing up the original?

I didn't want to reinvent the wheel when I was only adding 2 things.

Scenes are collections of sources. When you copy a scene you're still pointing to the same sources as the original. You would need to add new sources, or duplicate the ones you want to modify.

That's what I did, I did a duplicate. There is a 6 digit number that was different but the same scene showed for both. Very confusing. So now I'll have to spend the hours and just make them both from scratch.

Also the Font I have on my overlay is not what is showing up when I put in OBS.

The one on the left is the font I chose for my overlay. When I paste the scene URL into OBS you can clearly see the font is different.

Hello. I am using OBS with SE.Live plug-in and I have two issues with the media request. 1st... WhenI first installed the SE.Live plug-in i was able to change my playlist inside of the plugin. Now I am no longer able to update any settings inside the plug-in and have to go to the website to make any changes. I would like to not have a web browser open while I stream. 1st, make sure you booted into SE.live and not base OBS. If you're in SE.live go to the top bar and select stream elements. Drop down menue select docks. Toggle on media requests. If those don't work no idea lmao.

2nd once you have the dock open you should be able to access banned songs and users from the settings. Never had to do that before so I'm just guessing.

Have you edited a command before for the streamer?

The streamer may have the permission for the !command command limited to Super Mod and not just any mod. In which case they need to either lower the perm for the !command command to normal mod or set you as a Super Mod in the SE dashboard.

There is also the possibility that they have disabled the !command command for offline OR online chat only. So it will only work whilst streamer is LIVE. Or vice versa. Doubt this would be the case but it's a possiblity.

I've been having troubles with my stream elements while streaming on YouTube. I have 2 timers set up to drop text in chat. 1 at 10 min online amd 1 at 20 min and the other settings are the same. 10 min 1 will drop after 40 min then every 10 min but isn't showing whole message even though I'm under the max. The 20 min 1 never drops. The lines are set to under 5 each. Also it's hit or miss that I get my new sub notification to pop up. Some streams it does some it doesn't. I always log into my stream elements and have it open when I stream.

Really, the only things I want to add for YouTube are labels (for latest channel member, super chat, etc.), a chat window, and perhaps a custom name for the chatbot.
