Based on your discord roles you unfortuantely won't have "reliable" data when it comes to subs.

By default subscriptions are kept private unless a user enables the option to make this public and if they do not enable this option before subscribing to you there won't be a notification/label update about it.

Now...

If they do have it public beforehand then there's a delay between when it happens and when we get that data that we are unable to get around. You might get lucky and get something before said time but not guaranteed to happen.

On the otherband members, superchats, merch, and tips should definitely not be delayed unless there is an issue somewhere.

With the mouse you keep clicking on the squares in the corners of the overlay and drag to make the overlay smaller or bigger

Did you set the browser source size to 1920x1080?

By design overlays are automatically set to 1080 when you create it.

You'll need to make a support ticket in that case.

It does not need to be a mod to respond, but if you are using /announce or some other things it will need to be a mod.

Hello, I could create a normal command and every time I was going to add a name I would edit the command but I would have to put all the previous names, the other way would be to use a database to store the names and then with a !list command, see the list of all the names, the first is easier, the second is somewhat more complicated because you have to know a little about programming

when i test my 10 second long prime alert, it usually cuts it off after 1-2 seconds. i've tried deleting and remaking the alert. i made sure the timer is set for 10 seconds. why does it keep cutting it off and how do i make it stop. i've also made sure the audio file isn't corrupted and that the gif has an infinite loop. but no matter what i do my prime alert keeps cutting off mid alert despite me setting it for a longer amount of time

The !watchtime command is directly tied to the Loyalty system. The Loyalty system must be enabled for viewers' watchtime to count up.
To enable Loyalty, please go to the Loyalty section of your account: https://streamelements.com/dashboard/loyalty
Watchtime counts up every 10 minutes alongside Loyalty points, and only while the stream is live. Reruns will not be counted.
Please note that watchtime is not tracked by Twitch and there is no way to retroactively apply past watchtime to viewers.

Guys, Someone donated while SE was down earlier. Their donation isnt showing in the Activity Feed but YouTube recognised it in the Stream Summary. Streamlabs also recognises it.

You have reinstalled Windows and you have the default PC and the default Obs, it should let you connect and everything is updated

Hello, something weird happened today at 20:30. Streamelements was disconnected from my OBS, when I reconnected login in, OBS crashed.

When I run OBS I could log out streamelements before OBS crashed, and it worked.

But when I try to log in, crash again.

El tema es que es como si cuando inicio sesión con streamelements en el momento de cargar el dock de media request, como si entrase en conflicto con el audio y se queda bloqueado todo

Sin embargo, he puesto el dock con la URL externa sin hacer login en OBS con streamelements y funcionó

estos son los plugins

el de StreamFX lo actualice ayer porque tengo la version 30 de OBS y ya no funciona de forma nativa

pero el error lo tuve antes de hacer eso, tenia la version 29 y todos los plugins funcionando, en mitad del streaming el panel de media requests de streamelements se quedo sin datos....entonces cerre sesion y volvi a abrir y ahi fue cuando tuve el problema

Hi All, I'm trying to get a follower goal element working. The entire progress bar is filled in 100% even though I haven't reached the goal yet. The Goal BG is set to the default aquagreen color. Everything else seems right in the Target and Current Follower fields. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. Using OBS Studio, not streaming atm, does that matter (all other updates, e.g. colors seem to be updated)?

• from the Overlay Editor > Session data on top right (monitor symbol) > Goals tab > reset progress of desired goal
• from the Dashboard > Activity feed on the left > Widget data on the right > Goals tab -> reset progress of desired goal

Note: Goal widgets (progress) only counts up and doesn't go down automatically, if you lose followers/subs.

Howdy everyone, I am using a nice counter function with the SE Chatbot and after being on vacation for a few days, it is not working anymore as it did before.
I try to implement two counters at onece. One for the game overall and one for todays session in this game.
Here is the code that used to work until recently:

Overall: $(count $(game)) Today $(count "$(game)today")

In the counters section of my dashboard these now come up as:
$(game) and $(game)today
whereas they showed up before with the real game name in it.
And it makes no difference wether I use parenthesis or brackets.

Whispers don't have a publicly documented rate limit. Whispers can also be dropped for unknown reasons when sent. Usually you get best results when you have someone whisper the bot first. Initiating a whisper from a bot is a bit of a coin flip on if it'll send, especially if you have a link in it.

If you have SE.Live installed it should be under the streamelements or docks tab, but if not you can create your own browser dock for chat by "popping out" the youtube chat in YT studio live

But honestly stream elements is not supported properly for YouTube streaming. Most of the features are buggy or broken

Well the last error, as you can probably read yourself, is related to being unauthorized. You could try removing twitch auth, restarting obs, then login back in

My friend have problem with streamelements alerts. At the start everything was doing well, but now alert for sub is smaller than other variants like gift sub. She can't resize it at obs because then only normal sub will work correct but other variant will be too big. It's a big problem because alerts was made to fit perfectly to overlay. Modifying the overlay will not help because it is already correct. If its size was wrong, all alerts would be too small. Raid, donate and most sub variants work here. Only one variant decreased. In the page preview it looks normal, but in the obs preview this ona variant is too small.

Trying to help my friend with a dual stream setup. Both vertical and horizontal at the same time. That's working fine but the issue I'm having with stream labs is that it's only displaying the chat from the vertical stream in my overlay. Is there a way to choose which chat gets displayed? I couldn't find any setting for that in the overlay builder

So right now it's displaying only the chat from the vertical stream

Hey I'm trying to make streams from my macbook to keep a nice stream with a nice quality etc, but I can't find a .dmg file, I only find a .exe. Is there any version of SE.Live for MacOS ? (I'm looking for an Apple Silicon version as I have a M1 chip).

@fringe vortex In it's current state SE.Live (Or this case OBS.Live) for Mac is not recommended as it is severely outdated and not on par with the windows version.

As far as making your stream better there is nothing that SE.Live provides that would do anything.

The activity feed can be fetched from the dashboard with the popout link and you just need to add overlays as a browser source.
